I ordered last weekend and everything seemed like it was going good. An hour passed and no call nor any signs of movement from the franchise, finally after another 30min the delivery driver Paun called stating he was 2min away. Another 30min passed (now midnight) he arrives and calls, doesnt even come to the door, instead sits in the car and insist that we come down to get the pizza. Got there the pizza was cold wrong size and brand of drinks then confidently asked for a tip. A few hours later I was sick, badly (wont go into details), and my fiance called the franchise for a refund the next day. The first manager Julian apologized for the service and for the outcome of ingestion, as well as "processing the refund". 3 days passed and nothing, so we called again and Samuel answered....once again "processed the refund". Another couple days passed but this time there was an extra 20 dollars added to the amount. They tipped themselves after the reciept was crossed out where the tip section was and nothing, third time same thing. So we contacted the ownership, Sammie, and they didnt believe i was sick for one and basically blew off the 20 dollar unauthorized tip. Said theyd refund within the next day or two but still nothing. If your reading this, Id suggest you go find another store or something else to eat. Coz this pizza aint come'n anytime close to what they say it will. Anyway heres my story. I placed my order at 9:33pm and it is 10:49pm and I still have not received my order. I called the store after waiting for an hour to inquire about my order and was told the driver is 5 mins away. When he did not arrive I called the store at 1045pm. No one answered the phone and then the line dropped. I called back and the same thing happened.. no one even bothered to pick up the phone and explain or apologize for the delay. Ive never had any issues with Dominos delivery but this has certainly been a disaster. I assure you, I will never be ordering from this store again. The reason for the feedback is not to receive an apology email from the store manager or owner or to get coupons for my next order. Its stores like these that give the franchise a bad name. I doubt it but if the owner/ manager bother to read these reviews, I would suggest to retrain your staff on customer service. Because if this continues, pretty soon you wont have a store to...

I had paid for the pizza already. And here is where it starts going downhill - one person says I didn't add cheese or said no cheese - I DID NOT!! A lady comes out n says sorry - we will redo your pizza - but then another guy comes out n says it is my fault and that the order said No Cheese - I ordered pizza here at least 10 times n never once said No cheese. By now, am frustrated and am at the store with my hungry 4 yr old. Was abt to pay for another pizza but realized that these folks didn't deserve another penny from me. I asked the pizza to be thrown in the dustbin n walked out.
I did express my strong displeasure to the folks working there n might have been a little rude too (for which I called and apologized), but then again I was appalled by the absolute lack of customer service and disrespect shown by the individual who might even be the manager.
