Rose Pavilion — Local services in Pleasanton

Love Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree and Simply Greek etc etc... The businesses are fantastic.. However the parking lot is beyond a nightmare. I purposely stay away unless it's in off hours. Today I came with my 8 yr old daughter. On our way out we were almost run over by a man and his wife in a minivan desperate for a close spot. He was not paying attention. I felt the wind and vibration from his van and I was behind my cart. My daughter who was on the side of the cart, had she been turned straight instead of sideways looking at me would have been hit. This man didn't care, refused to apologize, insisted he'd been there a long time. I was so flabbergasted. Two horrible lessons for my daughter to learn, 1) driving irresponsibly is ok and 2) you don't need to take responsibility when you are wrong. They definitely at the very least need cameras here and preferably a police presence who will stop these Mario Andretti drivers. So sad my day out with my girl ended like this. It's...

Update 2.24.24 Harder to find parking. Have to park fairly far away from business we want to visit. Parking spots are sooo close, I see people hitting their doors on the vehicle next to them just to get into their car.

To our family, Trader Joe's is the highlight of this shopping center! Several other businesses, free parking, but rarely do we not have to wait & circle the lot to find a spot. Newer CVS is great, we like it far more than Walgreen, better prices & well-stocked. Pet Supplies Plus is convenient, good selection. Easy access to Santa Rita Rd off 580...

A very decent shopping complex which has maximum much needed shops for day today shopping from grocery to Pharma to pet shops to many eateries.

Have decent parking lot and will be occupied during peak hours and rest of the day can park easily.

Since it's well within the dense residential area, it's mostly busy.

From rosewood drive, need to take a u-turn which takes time during traffic hours.

Traders Joe's is my favorite shop for organic products shopping in this shopping complex. Getting parking is bit hard sometimes around...
