McDonald's — Restaurant in Pleasanton

Very rude staff, act like doesn’t understand the person with accent. Yesterday I tried to order a chicken sandwich meal through drive through. the staff never got my order right, when I asked her for meal, she kept saying beans. I was talking so loud that even the cars behind me could here me too except that lady who was taking my order and also she didn’t even let me finish my order, I wanted to order 3 of them. She didn’t had patience to listen me, she kept saying to pay the amount for one sandwich in the next window. I proceeded to pay, there was another person without any apologies to what happened, trying to get my order right, I have to repeat everything to him again & when I told him what just happened & i told him “I am speaking in English “ he started laughing “. Really.. as a manager or whatever you’re that’s how you solve the issue, very inconsiderate. Finally after all these I paid & got my order and opened the bag to see very cold limped fries. Today I took my granddaughters to this McDs location. When we arrived there was an employee at the cash register. We stood back a bit to decide what our order would be although there were no other customers at the register. Once we decided and walked back to the register to order there was no one there. As per other McDs we waited to order. We waited and waited. The employee who was previously at the register was visible in the kitchen area doing nothing. After a while she came back out with a soda for a table. I asked if someone was coming to the register. She told me to use the kiosk. I gathered up my three hungry grandchildren and we left. It took about 10 minutes for anyone to say a word to us at the register. We almost walked out but at the last minute a kid walked up and asked what he could get us. He didn't even apologize for the wait. Meanwhile a couple of managers were kneeling right in front of us behind the counter discussing something that was broken maybe under the counter. Neither of them even looked at us much less said anything like "someone will be right with you". Also they had no ketchup at the counter. We had to ask for to go packets and they gave us like 4...
