The quality of service of this Round Table Pizza joint has gone down drastically.. The food is still great but customer service is suffering greatly… Every-t I call for a delivery they either can’t do it because they don’t have any drivers (which is understandable of course), or for example the other day I tried to call to place an order for delivery and now they’re telling me that they no longer deliver to our area and I asked him howl ong ago has this been going on and the man replied for a long time now but just a couple of weeks earlier I had ordered pizza from them and they were able to deliver and he replied back saying that the no longer deliver to our area.. I asked if there were any other round tables close to our vicinity that could deliver and he said no none, none of them deliver in your area anymore which is pretty inconvenient because with this Covid in place I prefer to have them deliver then to go pick it up but it seems like the customer is no longer the priority and I understand that they want to also protect their workers but I think it’s unfair that the customer should have to suffer the backlash… Uber eats and door dash are just way too expensive for delivery..anyways that’s just my thoughts… So now my family and I go to Mountain Mike’s for our pizza now.. Read moreI’ve had a couple of issues with the restaurant accepting my promotional discounts. Help from the owner only made matters worse and was condescending and disrespectful. After a year of not buying pizza from the Hopyard location, we’ve recently been purchasing pizzas and service has been good. Unfortunately though when I was picking up my pizza order last week, one of the workers in the kitchen was picking at his nose in plain sight of everyone. Then he proceeded to touch pans and handles and never washed his hands! Utterly repulsed I informed the cashier but she couldn’t do anything and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I had to write down my complaint since the worker was within earshot and after I informed him I wanted my order to be redone because of what I saw, not only did the manager do very little to reassure me my pizza was clean but nothing in the sort of an apology or explanation was provided to me.
Update: Still a month later, I have not had any resolve to my issue. I have reached out to the email provided and after emails assuring me that corporate or the owner would be reaching out, I have just been given...
Read moreNormally I don’t review bad experiences but I’ve been to this restaurant many times in the past and always had pretty good experiences. This time was pretty bad and I’m wondering if the store is under new management? First of all the menus are not current. When I said I wanted the #1 lunch special the guy at the counter said “corporate took that away…everything is separate “. When I asked him if they were getting new menus he told me no…because it took four months to get these 🤔. Interesting. The salad bar was filled with all the usual varieties of items but the purple cabbage had turned brown and dry and the cottage cheese had turned sour (really sour). When I informed the same guy at the counter he said “oh ok”. And that was the end of it. He went out for 2 smoke breaks and had a snack to eat during the time I was there (I was the only person in the restaurant), but as far as I know that cottage cheese will never be removed. Gross!
