Drive thru guy has 2 speeds, SLOW and STOP! Was seriously craving a spicy chicken sandwich and pulled in to order. Sat behind 1 car for over 15 minutes in drive thru. Car in front never appeared to have ordered and pulled around to window. I sat in front of speaker for albeit only about 3-4 minutes and was never addressed. Thought maybe they were taking orders at window after watching last guy sit there for so long. So I drive around to window and waited as dude with long braids walked back and forth slowly going out of his way not to address me or make eye contact. Finally got to me and I explained that I hadn’t ordered because I thought maybe the speaker was out of order. “You gotta give us time sir” was the answer. I asked if I could order at the window and he told me:“No, I got two orders behind you. You could come inside or get back in line” somewhat politely, but certainly wasn’t putting in any extra customer service to accommodate. The people who work here are horrendous. We went through the drive-through first they got the drink order wrong when said the girl at the window, she had an issue when ask if the chicken was spicy and one regular her response was I don't know I didn't make it I just take cash hence the drink order wrong was her as she hands us diet coke and coke and tells us it sprite .
