Good pizza, full menu, nice workers but the manager, the guy who runs the place and who has been there for quite some time, is a miserable d--k. A few weeks ago he intentionally delayed the cooking process of my pizza for what seemed like was out of spite. I merely came to the store 20 minutes or so after ordering the pie, prepaid it and inquired about it... without looking at me, he angrily responded that "it will be done when it's done" and walked away. Fast forward 50 minutes, still nothing. I decided to wait 5 more minutes before asking for a refund (it's been longer than an hour now) and about 3 minutes later, this sweet girl brings it out to me. make no confusion, the manager is the only jerk there. And bud, if you're reading this and you can admit that you hate serving the public, GET A NEW JOB.
To the young lady working the counter earlier today who served me a medium pepperoni with light sauce that wasn't fully cut all the way (it was cut into 4 big slices lol but it wasn't a big deal), I'm sorry i couldn't leave you a tip. It's not because I didn't want to - which judging by your reaction after I collected my change that you didn't look very happy with me - it was because I really couldn't. With the change I got back, I gave it all to my wife (who was waiting in our car for me to get the pizza and change back) to buy a few groceries at the shop n save next to you guys.
Although I did have a few bucks to afford a $9 pizza pie, we are still on a tight financial budget. And believe me, if I could have afforded to leave you something (even though I'm not obligated to as it's completely optional to leave anything in the tip jar on your counter), I definitely would have. I'm sincerely sorry.
And if it's any consolation, next time I come in (which will be soon), if I see you, I'll personally give you $10 plus a $5 tip in the tip jar for the entire restaurant. Again, I'm very sorry I couldn't afford to leave anything... I really wanted to. I just want you to know that it wasn't personal and I thought you were very nice and the pizza...
Read moreI live behind this Foxâs pizza & have placed takeout orders 158 times from 3/2020-2024 according to foxâs account info page. Wow!! I can count on one hand the number of times itâs been just satisfactory in all this time. I keep going back because itâs consistently great pizza for the price. They always have great sales!
Foxâs is the consistently great pie. Conca Dâoroâs across 286 has options for higher quality toppings, but is less accessible/ much more expensive/ doesnât accept cards. Iâll go with Foxâs most of the time but Conca Dâoros if I want a higher quality topping (ie spinach) that Foxâs doesnât offer. Conca-$18/ large one topping / foxâs- 9.99 but doesnât offer the same topping assortment. Different strokes for different folks.
I donât dine in, yet Iâve found the atmosphere to be ya know, pizza shop. Employees are busy making pies and the pens game is on in the background. As...
Read moreJust ordered from them today 12/29/19 and I most likely wont ever go there again. Went to pick up my order, paid and was told my pizza is coming out now so I sat down to wait. From where I was sitting I overheard the blond haired woman (manager ?) say to a co worker "this is a large not an extra large". They didn't say anything to me just let me sit there an additional 20 minutes. No apology or anything. At the very least they could have thrown an apology or even the incorrect item as a token apology. The only comment i got was when my pizza was handed to me. A monotone "here's your pizza" I mentioned she missed my pepperoni rolls, the follow up good service was a "here" as they were handed to me. I've lived in plum all my life and have eaten at fox's a good bit but until they straighten up I won't be going back. Politeness and professionalism...
