Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plumstead Township

Drivethru orders are often messed up. Staff is sometimes rude or incompetent. Today I order a bagel in drive thru, after I order the person asks me on the intercom which flavor bagel I ordered (which is fine, drivethru mics are probably hard to hear sometimes) and I confirm the bagel type and they say my total, etc. I wait for 5-10 minutes behind one other drivethru costumer as they exchange drinks and stuff with the employee at the window (obviously their order got messed up), I pull up to the window and the girl is about to hand me an iced coffee when I say I ordered a bagel. She looks confused and asks me what kind of bagel, I tell her and she says they are out of that kind! I understand sometimes you run out of things but tell me that when I order, not after making me wait 5-10 minutes! I've been there probably 4 times now and 3/4 times there was some level of confusion about what I ordered in the drivethru. The bagels...

I ordered avocado toast topped with bacon, and i know i ordered bacon because i was reading it out from my phone. they didn’t add the bacon or charge it but i asked for it, so i asked for bacon on top and i even said i’d pay for it, but the one lady was throwing a fit about it saying i didn’t ask for bacon, which understandable because it wasn’t rung up, but i did ask for it, so i wasn’t trying to make a big deal out of it but they made it into a big deal. they lady was arguing with me saying “yOu DiDnT oRdEr BaCoN” all i wanted was for them to fix a simple mistake they made on their ends, which is such an easy fix. just simply put bacon on the toast n charge me for it or don’t. but simply, don’t argue over bacon??? well made drinks, bravo. Recently ordered black mocha iced coffee. When I pulled around it was extremely light so I asked if it had cream in it. The girl smiled, nodded saying “yes” that it did. When I politely said I asked for black she tried to hand it to me and said “there’s no cream”. When I explained I was allergic to dairy and said I couldn’t risk it if she wasn’t sure (and it also wasn’t what I ordered!!) she rolled her eyes and slammed it down and turned to make another without a word and stuck it out the window with a glare.

This Dunkin doesn’t seem to make coffee the same as the others. The staff is often rude and gets our order wrong in the drive through. The only reason we still go is that it’s the only place around for drive...
