McDonald's — Restaurant in Plumstead Township

THIS MCDONALDS IS THE WORST. I continue to go here because sometimes I want fast food and it's close to me. And I continue to make the mistake of not checking every order after I get it before driving away. On today's episode of going to the worst mcdonalds, I sat at the drive through speaker for a good 3 minutes waiting to hear something. Then I was met with a "what can I get for you" no "sorry for the wait" or anything of that nature. Wanted a frappé but they "weren't doing them today." Shocker. Handed me the food and shut the window, no "have a good day." Had to make sure we had everything because again, didn't get the "have a good day" to let me know he was done handing me stuff. I asked for a quarter pounder deluxe, no onion or pickle. I got a plain quarter pounder with nothing on it and now I'm home already and not going back out to get it fixed. However, I find myself even more frustrated when I do try to get things fixed. I got a medium fry one time and decided to turn around and go back to ask for fresh ones because they tasted so old. The second batch I got was worse than the first. I was missing sauce from an order before and decided to park and go inside to get it because I thought that would be faster. It's like the inside isn't even made for walk in service anymore because no one noticed I was even in there for a good 5 minutes and I was sure to stand in the one little spot where they'd hopefully see me. I think they'll stay open because I can only assume everyone else is like me and continues to go there despite the terrible service and 1 out of 10 times chance that they'll get your...

I live 5 minutes from this place. It’s just about brand new, yet absolutely awful. You’re placed in a parking spot even when there’s nobody in line, it seems not a single worker there speaks english, and i can’t tell you a single time i went and there wasn’t something missing from the bag after. And why am i being told to park in the reserved spot when all I ordered was a large fry and a drink? I haven’t gone there a single time where I wasn’t told to park in the spot… And there also wasn’t a single time there were other cars in the drive thru. I actually recall being there with 2 others that were there before me. They were already in the spots when I got there, and then I was told to join them. It seems they think people will assume the food is “fresh” if they have to park in the special spot. I get a coke from Mcdonald’s, love fountain soda, and more times than not, it’s been over-carbonated as if they’re out of syrup or refuse to fix it. This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I can’t tell you how stupid it felt having 2 other cars sitting next to me waiting for food, with nobody else there… We all got our food at just about the same time, 3 employees walked out with drinks and bags in hand. It was like a comedy movie scene how stupid this was. This place is awful. Taco Bell and Chick Fil A are 30+ minutes away in every direction and...

My girlfriend and I came through the drive-through to get a burger about 9pm on a Saturday, it took longer than most McDonald's, because we waited in line for about the better part of a decade. We debated leaving the line and just going somewhere else, but unfortunately we made the decision to stay and wait. We pull up to the window and some degenerate covered in cheap tattoos handed us our bag and he was also complaining about how the credit card system wasn't running, or because it was working intermittently--he was smiling awkwardly like he was on something. He handed the bag to my girlfriend who put the bag on her lap. She didn't see that the barely functioning employee handed her a bag that was covered in ketchup and mustard and she got the ketchup and mustard all over her pants and coat. While I can always go buy her as many coats and pants as she wants, workers like this will always work at McDonald's for the rest of your lives because of you lack of attention to detail and inability to clean up your act. I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a little kid, it is pretty consistently slow and mediocre, and after tonight, I'll never go back to this...
