I have been going here since it opened and have always loved their food. HOWEVER the owner needs to work on his customer service skills. My mobile order glitched and went through at 1030 am instead of 930pm and they made my order in the morning because of it. I was charged automatically through their website. The owner then basically replied that because he made the order I shouldn't get my money back. That is not how that works. I have worked in food service and customer service for 8 years and would never blame my customer for spoilage. If the customer doesnt recieve the product they should not be charged. I asked to have the order voided from the system and my money returned and he said it would take 24 hours to be credited to my account. 3 days later I had not been refunded. I had to call my bank to despute the charge to get my money back for an order I never recieved. I have spent $100s at this restaurant and I will no longer go here because of this treatment. If service means nothing to you the food here is great and by all means go here. I tried to tell them that the o/v was missing from the hoagie, there were no toppings on the cheese steak hoagie and we got a large pie instead of a personal pie. To top it all off instead of 46.90 they charged us 55.33. They put the "owner" on the phone who told me... "look we are trying to feed people here, we are running on a generator, we don't have personal pies." When I tried to tell him the cheese steak hoagie had NOTHING on it he said, "whatever makes you happy, you have a great day" and he hung up on me.
This was my favorite place in the neighborhood. Just like some other posters, this was my last visit to Spatolas. I hope it was worth the $8.43 they screwed us out of. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Dominics wins our business...

I got a call shortly after placing the order saying that what I ordered wasn't available because they sold out the day before (wing dings) so I canceled my order. After a week and no refund, my husband called and asked what was going on. The guy said we got "store credit", so we decided to order. Then we get another call a few minutes later from the manager saying that we don't have store credit, and that he put our refund through and to "wait for it"... we waited another week and called again. They told us that it was our banks fault and we STILL have to wait. Called our bank and they don't have any processing refunds.
