So if you are like me and walked in because you live close by, you have no choice but to order online EVEN though you are right there at the counter. Direct message to Domino's you are missing out on giving your staff the opportunity to build a friendly customer service that's sorely lacking in today's world. You have the opportunity to allow your staff to be AMAZING instead of just a cog in a large wheel. Treat your staff as human instead of a robot to make pizza. Pizza for the most part is a commodity where the lowest price is what many people will look at. Domino's and all takeout places have the opportunity to turn it something more with good friendly customer service. Immediately walking in we weren’t created by anyone and then finally when someone walked over they Was told a time, got the store and was told it was a lie on the time given but the pizza would be done in 15 min. We then waited 15 minutes to find that they had just put ours in the oven and told to wait another 7 minutes. When asking why this mix up happened I was answered with “I don’t know” when I asked to find someone who did no one else would speak and I was told they are just short staffed.
