This location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The management doesn't care about their lack of quality service & refuses to give any refund at all or make up for when their young staff messes up your orders!! I bought one of their large signature coffee drinks for my daughter who was working in downtown Plymouth. I assumed my daughter's drink was fine as I carried it out with the other 2 smaller cups of coffee I had also bought. However, after I dropped off the coffee to my daughter, she called me back minutes later to ask if I had given her the wrong coffee on accident because the large cup was HALF EMPTY inside!!! I was shocked! I said "no, it wasn't me mixing up her drink because hers was the only large cup." Why had they shorted my daughter's coffee drink & left the LARGE cup half full??? So, since I had to go straight to work myself & was not able to drive back to the Bigby location to bring them the drink back to get it fixed I tried calling them 6 times as I drove to work & they never picked up and their ph. rang busy the whole time. Then, when I returned to the Bigby coffeeshop to speak to the staff in person about it on a following day, the staff member I spoke to identified herself as a manager & stated they were unable to do anything about it because it was not the same day as the drink was ordered and I did not have the drink with me to PROVE they had messed up our order!!! Can you believe that??!!! Ridiculous! So, we paid for something & their staff knowingly gave us HALF of what we paid for and "BIGBY MANAGEMENT" DOESN'T CARE THAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE UNHAPPY BEING RIPPED OFF!!! AND, to top it off, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND OR EVEN A FREE SMALL COFFEE TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR STAFF MESSING UP AN ORDER! (Just because its not the same day & I don't have the drink in hand to prove they screwed up.) So sad.... because I was driving to work right after picking up our coffee so I wasn't able to drive back with the drink to show them their mistake the same day. But I told her I had tried calling their phone as soon as we realized their mistake but I couldn't get through & the manager just said their phone is not working. Isn't that convenient?! What a joke! This BIGBY location is HORRIBLE! Take my word for it, if you want quality service & good coffee - Save your money and go somewhere else nearby like to: Starbucks, Tim Hortons, The Plymouth Coffee Bean or Coffee & Cream in the surrounding Plymouth area!! New Review - Since moving locations down Ann Arbor Road they have replaced all the staff and the service isn't what it used to be. Staff routinely forgets orders, takes a long time to fulfill orders, serves cold drinks when they're ordered hot. The other day the employee basically threw my daughters hot chocolate at me and didn't say a word to me or even smiled as she tossed me the drink.
