Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth Charter Township

I have been a loyal customer to this Dunkin donuts near me, and I have nothing but positive results with this location. For starters, everyone is very friendly and helpful for me, especially on the night shift on the weekend, no matter my request they always complete it with no issues. I've requested for ice many times and they always help me out. Food is very good! Always fresh and taste delicious. This Dunkin donuts also has a gas station included with the store, as in it's merged together, so you can get gas. There is a high selection of disposable vapes, and alcohol. They are opened 24 hours a day and I can verify this because I mostly arrive at the late nights. As for the morning time, it can get busy. But everyone in is still very polite and helpful and they move as fast as they possibly can. I give all the coworkers high props for the work they do. As for the cleaness, it's very clean. Spotless even. They do a great job making sure the place looks neat and nice. This location is handicap accessible and there is tables to sit down and enjoy your meal as well, in a few tables outside as well. There is a drive-thru where you can get your food or you can walk in. (I hope my review helped if you think it was a good review please give it a like I put my honest opinions...

I have no complaints other than who I'm assuming is the manager. I was in last week waiting for my food when I overheard the manger asking one of the employees why a carry out bag was in the trash. When she [the employee] said "because it's been on the floor and it's been stepped on" he said just to put it back, they're expensive [something like 5 or 10 cents a bag]. So he just put it back? I'm sorry I get it might be "expensive" but EW, that's just extreamly unsanitary. Your giving customers carry out bags that have been stepped on? Makes me wonder what else they're giving customers that have been stepped on. On top of that, everything at that gasstation is overpriced, including the gas. Manger seems very nitpicky too. I applaud the employee for advocating to throw the bag away, seems like she was a bit blow away too. Again, the service is great here, employees need to be payed more for dealing with a manger like that.

Service was horrible. The cashier had no clue what she was doing and it was like talking to someone that could not understand a word of English. It almost was like the pressure was too much and just shut down. Now....I don't fault her, I question the management for having her work that position with what appeared was absolutely no training or support. I also feel like she was not suited (even with training) for that position. again, not criticizing her, but WHY the management would put someone in that roll that is not qualified or capable. The "regular" person (older lady) is certainly not a very "friendly face" but at least she keeps the line moving. Really wish there were other options for a quick stop in the morning, and based on my experiences over the last few years, the only reason why they are still in business is their location. This is certainly a place where no one "WANTS" to go, that's rather...
