I had the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. From start to finish it was an overall ridiculous experience. I dislike writing negative reviews but this experience was so bad I am compelled to. To start, the store was relatively empty yet it took the waiter 20 minutes after seating to atleast offer us a water, and did not ask for appetizers. She then finally asked us for appetizers and our main course all at once (ruining the entire point of an appetizer). When the food finally came out after an obscenely long wait later (once again this is an empty winter night on a Thursday) half of my plate was missing. When asked where the rest of my plate was, the waiter brought me an extra side and never brought me the rest of my plate. I moved on and decided not to fuss. After eating, the waiter brought my check in which I was CHARGED for asking for the remainder of my original plate that was never given to me and then she charged my wife twice for her 1 plate. When I brought it up, she said that she “noticed it” when it was printed out and still handed it to us anyways. If you knew the charges were wrong why even bring us the receipt? Why not fix it on the spot? I am wondering if she was trying to give herself a bigger tip by knowingly overcharge us. She apologized for everything she did wrong today and claims this is her first day and the store manager just “threw her out here”, shifting blame on the managers. I quite frankly don’t care whose fault was whose. For such a big business, this type of behavior is entirely unacceptable and this is the type of behavior you’d see at a back alley shop not a reputable brand. Read moreWe visited this location yesterday for my birthday (July 30th 2019). We got right in and sat in the bar area. We sat forever until our waitress that was standing behind the bar came and got our drink orders. She was not very friendly from the get go! We got our drinks and ordered. Food came out fast but not right! My husbands loaded steak fajitas didn’t have the queso or bacon bits on it like it was described. When we brought it to the waitresses attention she rudely said “I’m getting my manager!!” He politely listened and got us the queso and bacon that went on his loaded fajitas. Our waitress never came to give us refills or check on us what so ever. When we finished she brought us our check and we noticed that she had charged us twice for the fajitas. She got upset when my dad had told her about it and she yelled across the restaurant that she needed a manager! She then brought us our revised bill and slammed it down on the table! And ripped the first bill out of my hands as I’m reading it and walked away! My dad had donated ten dollars to childhood cancer while we were there and he recieved two $5 coupons to use on his bill.. when my dad handed our waitress the coupons she sighed and rolled her eyes and walked away. My family got up and went outside to the car while I used the restroom. Read moreI recently made an order online for delivery. My food was set for delivery at 5pm. It's now 5:20 pm I call Applebee's speak to the manager asking why is my delivery late. The manager said call door dash. The offer delivery thru a third party. Okay I call door dash. There are no delivery people in the area to make the delivery. I was not notified in any way my food would not be delivered. If that's the case why not make a courtesy call letting me know I and I would be able to pick up my food on time while it's still warm. Door dash then informed me I can pick up my order and they would refund the delivery service after I pick it up. Which meant I would have to call them again. Pick up my order came he food was cold. Had to warm it up in the microwave. I then call door dash to request my refund and they said they had to call Applebee's to place the refund since they have my card information. Doordah puts me on hold for 5 mins while they reach a manager.manager was not reached. Door dash then said me to try to call the manager to get the refund. I called the manager and was told they do not do the refund it would be door dash. I don't believe it's my job to track down who's responsible for the delivery refund. I did not hire Door dash they did. All I did was order from Applebee's website directly. It's not my job to track this or go back and forth.
