My initial complaint regarding my self and my roommate is below, within 24 hours of leaving a message with the corporate office, Stephanie from the Plymouth store reached out to my roommate and handled the entire situation with the upmost professionalism and highest of standards. My friend and I left this message for the corporate complaint department. Please if you have a complaint file it with corporate, the manager at this location could care less. Last night I decided to order one of your delicious pizza's from the Plymouth, MI store located off Main st. I placed my order at 9:56 p.m. about 25 mins go by and I check my phone. I have two missed calls at 10:18 pm (both placed within one minute of each other). no voicemails, no texts, just two missed calls. So i text the number back asking "who is this". A few minutes go by so naturally i googled the number and learned it was a hungry howies delivery driver.. Around that time I received a text saying we attempted delivery and no one answered or picked up.. Which odd because I never heard a knock on my front door. Granted it was my mistake for missing the two phone calls placed with in a minute. But cmon its 2018 the delivery driver has to have GPS on that phone. I am implying the delivery driver didn't even try to deliver the pizza. So i call store and the manager picks up. I explained that I never heard a knock on my door, I received two quick back to back phone calls, no text left, no voicemail, and now I am being told the delivery driver said no one answered the door. The manager said I could come pick up my pizza or it could be delivered with in 45 to 50 minutes. Based off his response I no longer felt safe to consume food from this individual , not to mention food Bacteria grows most rapidly in the range of temperatures between 40 ° and 140 °F, doubling in number in as little as 20 minutes (thanks google). The manager refuses to offer a coupon, or a refund. Lesson learn I'll never pay prior to the delivering of my pizza. So now 10:40 at night, I am down 13 dollars and I have no pizza.. So i go to Domino's and just out of curiosity I asked them how many calls does a delivery driver make if they can't find an address. The manager replied they keep calling and calling and calling. The Domino's manager then stated if we fail to deliver the pizza we would still offer a refund or coupons or some sort of compensation. Your delivery driver spent one minute trying to find my apartment. ONE MINUTE, of two phone calls, no voicemail, no text, and now the manager will not refund my money, or give me a coupon. Read moreNeither delicious nor terrible. This location is mediocre at best. 50/50 chance this location is out of deep dish. We order from here because they deliver out to us. I wish we had better delivery options though. Pizza delivery guys are usually cool - this review isn't about them. This review is solely rating the food. The food definitely needs improvement. We have found that you do not order the wings from this location because you will get diarrhea almost every to EVERY SINGLE time. The bbq chicken pizza we ordered last weekend barely had any sauce on it. It was very disappointing. The howie special we ordered tonight we wanted in deep dish, but of course, they were out of deep dish. Pizza was okay. Not great, not terrible. This location needs better manager(s). It is a managers duty to make sure product is stored at correct tempture in reference to their diarrhea wings, and that enough product is ordered. Read moreA couple of days ago, I ordered a pizza online after working 12+ hours and got home realizing it was the complete wrong pizza. My boyfriend posted a review and someone responded to him to call in the morning so they could make it right and time got away from me, I didn't call. And tonight I figured pizza sounded good and that I would let the mistake on the last order go because it's never happened before and mistakes happen, but I ordered the same pizza tonight(3 cheese pepperoni pleaser) and they gave me a normal pepperoni pizza AGAIN. I guess I need to legitimately start opening the box before I leave to make sure you guys made me the right pizza. I'm so annoyed that this happened again and I dont know that I can order from this location again. All a girl wants is what she asked for and PAID for after a 14 hour day of work.
