Savvy Sliders — Restaurant in Plymouth

First time coming to savvy unsure of how they are my husband ordered his burgers only ketchup thinking the cheese automatically came on them no matter what but they didn’t, no problem I go in to just get some cheese or have them remake them idk the policy so I ask for either option and I’m met with a very passive aggressive attitude from the manager telling me I ordered it no cheese specifically which was untrue we said only ketchup we didn’t mention no anything specific I understand it was our error but I came in very respectful just asking for that already owning our error, when you work in customer service you should be making moments right not turning something that could’ve been an easy kind solution into a huge passive aggressive exchange. Entire family went today to try out the new Savvy's. Customer service was very good and the place was spotless. This is a big deal given I assume most are still in training.

Both of our kids enjoyed the original slider along with the fries and tenders. That never happens, usually something will get left behind. We also tried the cod sandwich, chicken sandwich, and falafel. Everything was delicious, the burgers were cooked to perfection with a nice sear on the USDA Prime beef. The chicken tender slider with the boom sauce was hot and moist. Next time will try the original chicken slider. My wife had the Falafel slider and said the spice and peppers were a perfect touch. The tenders are very juicy, and you can tell they hand batter themselves. Highly recommend and glad we got this spot in Plymouth for a quick gourmet...

Savvy Sliders is solid. They have a bunch of different options which is nice. I went with the Signature Steakhouse and it was good! While there’s a lot of options, nothing is really special or stood out to me - not to say that’s bad, just that it’s kind of the run of the mill options you might expect. The slider itself was good. I know this is a slider place, but, they definitely are pretty small. I have a big appetite so this probably doesn’t apply to the average person, but, I’d probably want four sliders if I was just going to eat them as a meal.
