McDonald's — Restaurant in Plymouth

trashdonalds! if i could give you guys a negative review i most definitely would! this place seems to never have their shyt together its pretty simple to give the customer what they ask for especially when they ask for fresh food! very mad i went out of my way literally drove a mile the opposite direction just to get fresh fries. I was the 3rd car in line and it took them about 20/30 mins to clear 2 cars i even got to work late for these fries. when i get to my job the top layer of fries are nice but after the first layer of fries the rest of the fries were trash (they were hard, very crunchy n crumbly) i LITERALLY threw them away straight into the trash! called to ask her why they didnt make my fries fresh like i asked she said they did she made them herself! so i dont know if its the fries, the oil, or the cook but something is always going wrong at this location the lady proceeded to get loud over the phone because she damn sure wouldn't have been yelling at me like that if i was their but she said i swore at her over the phone and yelled at me to never come back to HER store sense i want to swear at her ! well thank you very much i would gladly bring my services else where seeing as they cant get a simple 1 item order correct fresh fries shouldn't be hard what so ever but apparently it is good riddens to you trashdonalds and for some reason its always this...

I try to have a realistic approach to any restaurant i attend. Fast food dive through is no different. An issue that i have with this location is the last seven consecutive visits I've made there has been an issue with the order. Missing apple juice from my son's happy meal, missing dipping sauces, and incorrect toppings on my burgers are the most consistent problems I've occurred. Some of the issues aren't earth shaking events but they happen none the less. Telling my 3 year old son he has no apple juice or no dipping sauce for his nuggets are never a fun experience as a parent. And getting onions on my burger when I'm allergic ruins my meal. At the end of the day just because it's macdonalds doesn't justify having a 60% success rate of order accuracy over the last 2 dozen orders and when i can get a complete order done properly for about 10$ more for a better meal from K Katies right down the street. I'll be taking my orders there from now on and I'll feel even better supporting a local business who knows how to read the orders properly and get it done right. Sorry macdo i tried...

I ordered two nuggets so my gramma told the younger woman that I was missing a 6 piece nuget. I either am never coming here again or I am never going to tell the same woman that works in the drive through that something is missing in my order. The young woman decided to profusely roll her eyes and sigh and said "okay" with so much attitude in her voice. Listen, if you don't like your job then just work somewhere else. It's as simple as that or just simply don't bring baggage into work with you. I'm not an ignorant person so I told her that I hope she has a nice day and she didn't say anything back but like if you hate your job to the point where your going to give everybody and their mother attitude then you shouldn't be working there to begin with. I hope and pray that this girl fixed her attitude or quit her job...
