Not a pleasant experience. Very poor customer service and communication. I asked for mustard on my sausage biscuit. They didnât put it on it. So, I asked for a mustard packet. This request was confusing to them. There were three people in the drive through and not one stopped to simply talk to me. They continued with their tasks while talking at me. No one understood my request and when it finally registered they said I could have a âcupâ of mustard for 42 cents. I asked why I had to pay for mustard when I asked for it to be put on the biscuit? I couldnât get an answer and realized itâs not worth the effort, The biscuit was goodâeven without the mustard.
UPDATE: I decided to give the Plymouth McDonaldâs a second chance. HUGE MISTAKE! I ordered the Big Breakfast, which came in a cinnamon roll container. I questioned if I received the wrong order and was told they donât have the traditional tray. I began to ask for jelly and the person closed the window while I was speaking. I called to her. She clearly heard, but ignored me. I patiently waited until she was done and then asked for jelly. She rudely told me it was in the bag. (It wasnâtâI had already checked.) At this point I asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise, I was speaking to a manager! I left disappointed with the experience.    Read moreIf i could leave Negative stars, i would, but i am forced to leave one star which in my opinion is far too many for the service i received. The 2 McChickens i ordered were barely wrapped and literally thrown in the to go bag. The soda and water cups both had lids that were blatantly and obviously put on in an incorrect manner, and then attempted to be forced onto the cup. This bent the lids so as soon as the cup was grasped, the lid popped off, the cup collapsed, and spilled all over the place. The employee who handed it to us had to have know it was messed up and did nothing to warn us or better yet, fix the issue before trying to pass it along to the customer. On top of all of the previously stated problems, the man expediting the order didn't even look at us when he handed us our bag of food. After i loudly said "Thank You!" to him, he didn't even acknowledge the fact that we said anything, or even that we were really there. As a paying customer, I was appalled at the terrible quality and service i received. I will not be going back to this or any other McDonald's...
   Read moreCounter staff was not friendly The entire woman's restroom was out of toilet paper and when I told somebody they didn't even attempt to put toilet paper in or tell anybody else there was no ketchup in the dispenser when I told somebody they walked out into the lobby looked in the dispenser and said yep no ketchup but the cover back on never replaced the ketchup the front desk people or the front cashiers were very rude to two of the other people that were in the dining room at the time and they also complained to the manager and while I was complaining to the manager the young man with a filthy mouth that was working the fry station and handing out the to-go orders through the drive-thru got very voiceless with me and told the manager that he was quitting will never and I mean never ever ever in a million years I could be starving and that McDonald's would be giving away free food and you would not see...
