Visited on 5/10 Once again, Nova did not disappoint. Arrived 30min before close with my 3 year old. To my surprise (and embarrassment) there were no other jumpers, just us and the Nova staff. The staff were using the extra down time to do an extreme clean on the place. There we were ready to jump, which meant cleaning time over. The coolest part was that they didn't show an ounce of aggravation. Instead they treated my son like an after hours celeb. Telling him how cool it is that he's got the entire place to himself. Kurt (I'm going to feel awful if I got his name wrong) was our personal jump staff. I didn't even have to lift a finger to pull my 50+lb toddler out of the foam pit. Kurt rushed over and said "Hey bud! Need a hand?" I could definitely get used to this type of service. No, no. I promise I won't make a habit out of showing up last minute. Lol. The coolest part ever, was when Kurt offered to let my son ride the zip line! He even let me hope on! I was trying to wrangle my wild man to the door and Kurt called to us "Hey! Does he wanna try the Zipline?!" Of course!!!! So, thank you so much Nova! I can now run into the store to grab my milk and bread while my toddler sits in the carriage, quiet and sleepy eyed. Most importantly we both left HAPPY! I can't leave out Paul and Jimmy who also need a shout-out. Without them reassuring us that we were more than welcomed I probably would have felt uncomfortable there. Instead here I am typing this long review because this place is just that awesome. And it's not because the trampolines and foam pits and slides are cool. Nova is a place you NEED to go to because the staff they employ are Grade...
Read moreI travel 48 minutes (per Google maps) from where I live just to come here with my 4 children. From toddler to adult, they have more than just the trampoline park. As I sit here in the physical location and write this review, they have an obstacle course, ninja course, soccer, ball pit with slides, indoor playground, arcade, zip line, rock wall, and a toddler area. The pictures I am going to post will not show how big and nice this place is. However, what stood out to me also is the customer service and the level of respect, consideration, and knowledge of each staff member every time I come here (and I do not come here no more than twice a month due to the drive) but this is big for me because they are not following you around, being a stickler about running from course to course, and are very welcoming and ready for you to play no matter the choice of course you choose. The obstacle course and zip line do require an employee presence but the employees I have come across never have an attitude and are always ready for kids to play! Bathrooms are clean, they have snacks/candy at the front, and they have numerous party rooms to host your next birthday. I have never been disappointed coming here and I hope that those who do or end up coming, feel the same way! Pricing is perfect and 1 hour is more than enough for my kids. They have couches throughout the establishment and massage...
Read moreWent to a birthday party here. Make sure you watch your children and their stuff. Management and the children working here haven’t a clue for safety of your child. They need to take time to teach their employees how to be responsible hosts. The PA system was not loud enough for anyone to hear announcements. Safety for the children needs to be addressed with the “rides”, trampolines, maze, games, etc. Amenities for the guest needs to be refined to keep track of families stuff; shoes, cloths, water, etc. There should be hosts that guide the customers to the process for the safety of all. The general public walking in should be separated from the event space for safety of children. They are all about waivers and nothing about teaching the kids or their employees to maintain a safe space for guests. Safety is not important. Getting ready for the next customer is most important for hosts. Our experience included several kids shoes missing at the end of the event in the rain. Completely not thought out. No rules, no safety, no guidance, no hosts, no cubbies, no coat racks. Party host not there. It says they have a party host. Completely wild west. Free for all for kids. 6 year olds. Yikes. Host just delivers pizza. Check in to the safety. Scary stuff. Other similar places have it better thought out. Do the math on how much money they are making. They need to do some...
