I was greeted when I walked in and they were patient when I was unsure of exactly what I wanted in my bowl. Also they add extra with no cost. Can get as many sides with my quesadillas as I want. They never miss with portion sizes either. My new favorite restaurant and I prefer to travel the five extra minutes to this specific qdoba. Update: I have gone there twice in the last week and the same shorter black male was rude to me twice. And to the rest of the customers. First he said the drink machine was out and then asked if anyone heard it because he “didn’t want to repeat himself”. Great customer service. Then I asked for corn and he asked if I wanted Mexican or another style. Not sure which was which, so I pointed and he clearly wasn’t paying attention (had AirPods in as well so could barely hear me I’m sure) so he put the wrong one in and when I said something he told ME “you made me ruin it” instead of offering to remake it. Let that one brush off because that seemed to just be his personality. Gonna be hard to keep a job with that attitude but whatever… came in a few days later and he got upset at my girlfriend for getting a quesadilla because “it’s like a hot fan is always blowing at us”. Idk why this man thinks him being gay excuses his disrespect to another human but it’s not gonna work for...

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to QDOBA. The portion I was served was noticeably small, and I had to repeatedly ask the staff member to add more to my order, something that shouldn’t be necessary, especially as a paying customer. What made the experience more frustrating was the attitude I received when making these reasonable requests. It felt as though the employee was reluctant to serve a proper portion, and I was made to feel uncomfortable for simply asking for what I paid for. This kind of service is not only discouraging, but it also leaves a negative impression about how customer satisfaction is handled at this location.

If this is a directive from management to cut down on portions, I believe it needs to be reevaluated. Undermining the value of the customer experience will only hurt business in the long run. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken into account, as I truly enjoy QDOBA and would like to continue dining here, but only if the quality of service matches the quality...

I bought an A la cart this afternoon. The manager lectured me after I said one of the bowls was an A la cart, contains rice, chicken, cheese, and lettuce. He said A la cart is only 3 items. I told him that I came here 3 times and bought the same thing and was ringed by different employees as an A la cart bowl. The manager lectured me that the employees were wrong and he had an obligation to manage the stores so the store does not loose profits, etc. I told him to remove the lettuce. He told an employee to do it. Then, I used an App to get reward points, so accidentally I scanned it too fast before he's ready, then AGAIN he scolded and lectured me that I did it too fast and it would mess up the transaction and he wanted to take the scanner away so next time customers would not scan too fast. OMG. I was hungry. I tried not to explode with anger. I understood where he's coming from, but why he has the need to give a long lecture, and made me feel bad to buy food from a restaurant. Why didn't he lecture his staff? I just said thank you and not...

As a vegan, I’ve given Qdoba multiple chances over the last two years—4 to 5 visits—and unfortunately, it just doesn’t measure up, especially compared to Chipotle. The vegan options at Qdoba feel limited, with no dedicated plant-based protein like Chipotle’s Sofritas. While the food is okay, it often lacks the bold flavors I expect from a Mexican-inspired meal. Customer service is another area where Qdoba consistently falls short. On every visit, I’ve noticed staff that seem disengaged, rarely making eye contact or putting effort into the interaction. It feels rushed and impersonal, which diminishes the overall experience. I’ll admit that Chipotle isn’t perfect all the time, but overall, they provide better vegan options, more flavorful meals, and a higher level of customer service. Qdoba might be fine for non-vegans or those looking for something quick, but for plant-based eaters, it’s just not the best option. I gave it enough chances to know it’s not for me.

The one thing you can count on with chain restaurants is that the quality of the food will be fairly consistent, therefore it's the quality of service that sets one location apart from the rest. Unfortunately for this Qdoba location the quality of service sets this location among the worst. We visited on Sunday October 9th at around 12:15pm. The overweight black woman who prepared our food clearly hates her job & even speaking was nearly beyond what she was willing to do. A smile or thank you was out of the question. The young man who rang up our order was little better. He didn't ask if we wanted drinks so I had to ask for them after already running my card once to pay for the food. On top of that the woman who rolled my burrito did a terrible job & the tortilla was torn so my meal ended up being a mess. We were traveling when we stopped at this location, a mistake that I'll never make again.

Besides for the 5 of us it cost $10 more here then the other qdoba we have been to you get way less food. Kids meals were very depressing as you can see in the picture. They only receive 1 tiny side of rice for $5, just enough food for a two year old. Unfortunately mine are 3 and 7 years old that got a kids meal. Adults dont get chips like you do at ther qdoba so dont expect anything extra here. Lastly the adult Bowls didn't even reach the top of bowl, probably 1/2 the volume inside. Even my 8 year old was Hungary after eating his adult bowl SAD! Not one table in the restaurant was clean and rice and napkins were under 80% of the tables. We do not reconemd this Qdoba
