Quiznos — Restaurant in Plymouth

Me, my brothers and a friend came to try this place for the first time and as soon as we got there we started looking at the menu and the lady working was giving us weird looks, nonetheless we continued and went to order. We patiently waited because we saw she was the only one there and we had no rush. My friend began ordering for my youngest brother the best way she could bc he wanted to create his own sandwich and we’ve never been here so we didn’t know exactly how it worked and we couldn’t see any ingredients compared to other sandwich shops. Once she started ordering the lady looked like she was tired of taking our order, mind you the first person had only ordered. Anyways we all went through our orders and although her attitude was pissing me off I didn’t want to make a problem or ruin the experience even more bc my brothers and friend wanted to try this place. Once I ordered any thing I said made her irritated and just gave me attitude when again we don’t know how it works around here. We were under the assumption we were done adding our meats, cheese and veggies and could pay, we moved closer to the check out area and she began asking my brother what veggies she wanted. He told her he wanted onions cause again it was the veggie area and she said back to him in a nasty attitude “I already added that” he told her in a very nice and polite way “oh I’m sorry I didn’t know that” and she just responded by saying “yeah that’s why I told you” that’s where my brother who is not a confrontational or rude person to service people had enough he told her “okay I understand I’ve just never been here and you don’t have to be rude” she didn’t even let him finish and just said “okay I’m not being rude” so we decided to leave, she didn’t seem to care as she started throwing our sandwiches away. Everything is good till you get to the register and run into the lady that handles the register and add ons. You ask to add stuff on and you just get that look of inconvenience. Like lady that's your JOB get a new one if you don't like it. The two guys that are there can handle it and had a better positive attitude. I asked for their signature hot sauce and she just says with an attitude. There is sauce on the sandwich. NO there is not, that's zesty sauce i tell her. I want some of the a1 hot sauce they normally have that's usually out here for us to put on. She blantly goes, I'll ask. Knowingly it's in the back. She tells one of the guys. I need you to get a hot sauce in the back. The guys goes gets it quick and comes back in seconds, which she could've done smh. Stopped in on my way to an errand I am gluten-free was met with a smile and asked if they had gluten-free options I was told that they can make any sandwich into a salad but that these three salads and the Apple salad was the best. We proceeded to order a beef Agnes steakhouse sandwich for the other person with me and I ordered the Italian salad .we were pleasantly surprised by the dishes that were served to us in a timely manner. Sandwich was good -it was even better because it was toasted to perfection !
