I’ve never been so appalled by a beauty service in my life. From the start I was a bit put off how Rylee spoke so arrogantly of herself, saying “as you can see I’m incredibly busy and really amazing at what I do. So thank god I could get you in.” To me, that’s childish and as unprofessional as it comes, but I let it go and went with the install.

I have 10 wefts of intertwined hair, which I’ve had absolutely no problems with. She mentioned there being two methods, then went ahead with her preferred, I’m assuming for time since she rushed the entire thing. Not even 12 hours later the entire bottom row had come out of my hair.

I made another appointment with her which seemed a bother. She refused to start fresh and in stead blamed the hair and my head size for the lack of clean install.

She rushed through yet again, leaving me with large parts of the wefts sticking out at each end, AND left ALL the strings in my hair for the second time.

She made no time to color me, so now I left with hair that didn’t match my extensions.

Within 5 days the wears started coming apart from one another due to her lack of detail and closeness of the beads (from another 2 professional professionals)

She also did absolutely no blending of the extensions. It looked like a wig.

I messaged her on instagram and requested a refund as I now have to pay someone else to fix this problem. She refused. And blamed me, saying I’m too picky and her method is just different from my previous. Which is true, but that was fine with me, so long as my hair looked beautiful. Hell even good would have worked for me at this point.

After I mentioned this was completely unacceptable, she told me she would not be arguing with me and said I’m not welcomed in her salon. I explained I would have to take action with my credit card company then. She insulted me more, then told me she issued a refund which would be available in 10 days.

It’s been over 20 days and still no refund has been issued. Additionally, she blocked me on social media (the only way she contacted me) so I’m unable to connect with her.

I’ll be finding another way to get my refund but buyers beware. Rylee was absolutely horribly arrogant and...

I did not have a good experience at this salon. I love the way it's set up, I love the ease of scheduling, but my stylist, Emma, did not do as I asked and failed to get back to me after I tried scheduling to return to fix my hair. I wanted to go from natural brunette to copper redhead. She wouldn't give me a price, only asked how much I would pay, I didn't know how much the process would cost and overshot, and she took that price. I also wanted one solid color, but she insisted on leaving chunks of it brown. There are only so many times you can repeat yourself before accepting, fine, we will go with your word that "it needs depth." At the end it did appear the shade I wanted, but with a lot of brown left in, including the roots. I know, it's a dye job, but I wanted it to look natural, not obvious. I always feel nervous after I get a change done to my hair, so I couldn't decide in the moment if I wad happy with it. She told me to give it a few days to a week and let her know and she would be happy to fix it if necessary. I reached out 2 days later and we agreed she'd get back to me after her vacation. When I asked if there would be an additional charge, she left it on read. I checked in a week later, nothing. And again. Nothing. I have since changed salons. She gave me a good haircut once, but if I could go back to stop myself from booking with her for dye, I would....

The best way I can think of to describe Vibe Salon Suites is to say that it's a full collection of some of the best spa/salon services provided by talented professional artists in their specific field...hair styles, color services from vivid mermaids to conservative professionals of all ages, genders, ethnic groups, to brow and lash services, skin care, waxing... I have been there several times and they have maintained an immaculately clean and pleasant environment. Not only that, but each individual there seems to really support one another-which to me speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. I cannot recommend this...
