Starbucks — Restaurant in Plymouth

Disappointing experiences twice over the last two days. Ordered 2 different drink each day, both times were incorrect. Same employee each visit. The first day I was charged for a larger size than the one I actually got, second day..(today) drink was certainly not made correctly at all and not to mention the cup was probably about 3/4 full. I spend a vast amount of money at various Starbucks locations around the state, and definitely consider myself a very valuable customer. This is one of those Starbucks located in a Stop & Shop, so be aware that not everything is available. I had points to redeem, but was told that I couldn’t at that location. I ordered a tall cappuccino and I swear the volume was about a small. The lady at the cash was not very friendly, and I see others have mentioned customer service here, too. Woman with mousy brown hair is not nice. This morning started asking me all kinds of personal questions, am I new here, where do I live, and what is my name. I was very uncomfortable with this.
