I had a mobile order for pickup, they messed up the frostys, One was supposed to be A vanilla caramel swirl frosty they gave me chocolate, The other one was supposed to be brownie batter swirl, They gave me Oreo brownie frosy, my burger had no lettuce on it, I had gone back in to get the caramel swirl one in vanilla because they had done it in chocolate and they gave me a vanilla caramel crunch frosty, I just came back a few minutes ago to get the Frosty’s fixed to get new ones, And my little brother made a joke saying put whipped cream on his frosty, and the lady at the drive-through rolled her eyes at him and walked away, when I picked up all of my Frosty’s from my mobile order, the ones that were messed up, they were already completely melted, And the person who was making my new frosty from earlier the caramel They still messed it up and gave me caramel crunch, not the caramel swirl, And then left it on the counter to where it was almost melted completely again so they could finish doing someone else’s order. The service here is rude. No one needs to be rolling their eyes at a five year-old when there are a full grown adult. It’s just plain out childish and disrespectful. Read moreI was in the drive thru behind a man ordering several meals for his family. There was a price discrepancy between the sign and the total amount given. The manager was extremely rude to this man, the customer was not being disrespectful at all. He simply expected that the price on the sign be honored. The manager said, "We don't control what's on the sign. You can pay full price or leave." I am completely appalled by this blatant lack of respect for your customers and for Wendy's corporation. If there is a policy against honoring the posted prices - then you best make sure that you at least tape a piece of paper over the wrong prices. When your drive thru speakers are not working properly - you don't hesitate to place a taped notification on the speaker box. Ordered a large chili with Onions..got the chili. 4 piece nugget...got that right. Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and relieved a hamburger.. repeated myself multiple times to the guy about to go. When order was rdy...just sat my bags on counter said here u can go.
Honestly I travel alot I don't leave reviews much. And I've been to plenty of wendies and have had amazing experiences.. like there's a wendies down in Indy who I seen a worker take his lunch and go give it to a guy outside who was having a hard time. So mad props to that guy as well.
