Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Pocatello

Went on Tuesday! They always have a great dinner deal. Large is $12.99 but just for $3 more dollars you can get a family size pizza. And they are huge. With choice of thin crust or regular crust I love the chicken and garlic with white sauce. White is so much tastier on pizza in my opinion. Their new garlic knots are yummy. But you only get 5 big knots which I'd prefer much more bite size knots. Pop one in the mouth for a later or midnight snack. All in all the service was, as always friendly, helpful , and pleasant. My order was taken over the phone promptly and food was ready when I arrived 30 minutes later. The new guy at the register was informative. But leave it up to me to ask a question he hadn't learned the answer to. Sometimes you cant cover all scenarios during orientation and training. You learn as you go which thus was one of the situations

I love asking questions that have them scrambling for an answer they will use in the future time and time again.

The app seemed to be difficult that day. Selecting to order it called the store instead. Which is why we did a phone order. Its rare for me to get food out but when I can, I always pick Papa Murphys!

Normally I love Papa Murphy's but I wouldn't recommend this location. A friend and I went in and asked if they could do a stuffed pizza with half pepperoni and half Chicago cause of being allergic to onions. The lady said that was fine. We waited 5 minutes or so for them to make the pizza and when we grabbed it we noticed some of the vegis were mixed and asked if it was half pep. The lady said "yes, the line is here, I tried" and we couldn't see the rest of the pizza due to the instuctions on top. Me and a friend said whatever and got our food and left assuming some stuff just fell over the half way and I could pick it off. Well we got home to onions being all over the pizza, and also baked inside do to it being stuffed so I couldn't even pick it off. I called the store to let them know that basically "hey this happened" and they picked up the phone and hung up on me. Then let it ring when I called back.

It sucks cause I honestly love there pizza but the awful costumer service...

I ordered the two for $6.99 deal with a garlic chicken calzone and a chicken Cesar salad and I'm not okay with the cost of the salad. What a disappointment!

I completely understand that a medium pizza, folded into a calzone isn’t going to be big, but the salad…. You can literally get a cheaper, huge Cesar salad, from a grocery store, that has more to it and the romaine isn’t browning. This salad was a joke. All of the browning that is less visible through the camera, made it inedible and was tossed into the trash bin.

Premade food is always going to be more expensive, but you should, at least, get a decent quantity AND quality...
