Idle Hour Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Point Pleasant

First I would like to say the server was friendly and attentive. The bartender(manager)on the other hand sent me out a drink like this. (See photo) I’ve included a picture and a recipe of how it’s supposed to be made/look. The managers attitude was snarky and I was told I don’t know what I’m talking about & that I’m wrong when I told him that first off there was confectioners sugar on the rim of my drink,(yuck) and the ingredients were wrong. He said no I made it right, that’s how it’s supposed to be. Even though he was wrong , & drunk he did take it off the bill for me. The food is barely mediocre. my husband and I have had a stomach ache ever since we ate there two days ago. I DO NOT recommend. ENTER AT...

well this another bad review. I really hate doing this. With the only thing good here is the lotto. And that's even difficult to get. It seems like they're is something wrong with the bartenders. And the other help there. Poor atmosphere.. you have to fit in with the click around here. Or you just don't fit in. It's sad because I live right around the corner. And everyone seems to have an attitude in the bar. Especially the help. The only good thing is the lotto. This is the third time I give this place a try. And still I get the same attitude. And still the same mediocre food. and the bar taps tastes like they need to be cleaned out. Sorry idle hour. Step up your game..... The bathrooms are horrible. Hire...

We feel like this is a great place to watch a football game. Lots of TVs. Great ample parking. Even though we were the only 6 Steelers fans here, everyone was friendly. The cheeseburger sliders were delicious. A bunch of pretty tasty food options, when in which are typical sports bar food, Good beer selections as well. The woman who was the manager and all the staff were very accommodating. Every appetizer we had there was good. The wings were exceptional.

Our waitress Marielle was very professional & friendly (She told us she was a speech therapist so this tells you the quality of staff here)....
