I normally don't eat out two days in a row but I decided after the food was so good to go again. The first day my girlfriend had a wrap and I had a quesadilla. She tried it and liked it so the next day we went again and both got a quesadilla. After waiting for 20 minutes, (while other people came in and ordered after us, then got their food before us) we finally got our food. Before I even bit into it I noticed it was too soft to dip in the sour cream like I normally do. The first bite was awful but I thought it surely couldn't all taste stale. After another bite, I was done eating it. My girlfriend couldn't eat more than one bite either. It tasted like very chewy and old cheese. It felt like the overly fried chicken and cheese was microwaved after cooling off. I went to the manager and said that the food was disgusting. She asked what was wrong and I said we thought it was the cheese being stale. She said that it was the same cheese that was used all day and that no one else had a problem with it. I said that it definitely tasted weird because it was not the way it tasted the day before. She asked if we wanted another order, but after 30 minutes we were not going to wait another 30 minutes for $20 of fast food. I asked for a refund and she said that we had to bring the food to them first. I made a weird face and said okay, and as I walked away she rolled her eyes at me. I brought the food to her and she took it back. I was a little grossed out that she would take food that someone eat part of and bring it back to the counter. I work in food so I know this is a health code violation, but I thought they would just throw it out. After the manager spent 5 minutes trying to refund my money, I went to get my coat and tell my girlfriend we were ready to go. As we walked out the workers and manager were looking at our food and laughing. No 'sorry' or 'have a nice day'. I spent way too much time there, the only good thing was that I got my money back. I would be fine with the situation if I was not treated so poorly....

Good food, but bad bad vibes.. probably the most vanilla 🥱💤🥱💤🥱 people I ever met in my life. No character..Like how do you hate your job that much❓❓❓ I'll only be going to Point Fins from now on or delivery if I eat Fins somewhere else closer to me.... The food is good at any Fins but I can commend some awesome customer service 👌🏼🌶️❤️ and the point Fins is 🔥🔥🤤😋 nothing compares to the Point Fins . Props Point Fins you better then all the Fins around.
This place has the best vibes you could ever walk into. I'm a doordasher and I literally go into businesses all day long. The people that work here are so friendly and cool. Whoever employed the people that work here did a 5 ✨✨I actually had an order after this at surf taco down the way and I felt like I was in a taco bell where no one cares about their jobs or their food. Good is great, the people that work here are wonderful. This gets 25688543% thumbs up!!!! The food was absolutely amazing and nothing like I've ever eaten in NJ.. 😍 loved it. That natti...

Fins hit every note with us. It was me and Red with the little Kahuna in tow. The place was spotless clean (rest rooms too, btw) with lots of light and bright colors and employees who actually seemed to be enjoying what they did, and enhancing our experience at the same time.
And the food? SO good. We had the Tiki Taco and a sushi wrap. The tiki taco was a fresh soft taco shell with a beautifully grilled piece of tuna with a delightful teriyaki sauce, and fresh veggies. The wrap had all the makings of great sushi rolls, and the wasabi was still dancing on my lips on the long drive home.
The little kahuna, a very picky eater to say the least, especially since he had ice cream earlier, tore into his chicken tenders like it was his first solid meal in a week. We all felt that was about the home made tortilla chips and really tasty pico de gallo.
Only thin missing was a liquor license. Oh well, nothing is perfect. Although Fins in Point Pleasant is pretty darned close. So worth driving 5 minutes...
