Little Mia's ll Pizza — Restaurant in Point Pleasant

While the pizza and food quality is stellar- order accuracy and customer service really suffers.

I am visiting Point Pleasant, and have ordered pizza here twice. Both delivery.

The first time the sides were correct but the pizza was wrong. Close enough for the delivery driver to come back.

The second time , I tried to be as specific as possible on the phone as I wanted to ensure the order did not get mixed up. I had expressed wanting a large pizza, half specialty half regular cheese (regular pizza with red/marinara sauce).

When trying to reiterate and specify what I wanted, the person on the phone seemed to either be irritated or idk- but they remarked "I just said that" when I reiterated the pizza toppings.

When the pizza arrived, the specialty side correct, but the other half was wrong. It was really disappointing as I tried to ensure that it didn't happen again. Too much trouble and inconvenience to call back so we just ate it.

Not the best feeling to be interacted with in a short manner when I tried to ensure my order was correct to be met with annoyance/irritation and to to have it delivered wrong.

Unfortunately , I wont be ordering again as yummy as the pizza is.

This review is based off of 1 time out of many! We usually go here once a week and get sandwiches and wraps, salad, or whatever we may get at the time and never have complaints. Decided to get the pizza tonight and omg when I tell you EVERYTHING was a mess, it was bad, complete waste of almost 50$. To be fair the people who are usually running everything in there werent the ones there tonight, but that doesnt excuse how bad the food was. First off my regular pie had a huge chunk of cheese just missing out of it and tasted like a pizza that sat all day and was reheated. The salad was not so much a salad as it was HUGE chunks of chicken and full strips of bacon with a very little bit of lettuce. Mind you we get this same salad all the time and it always comes with blue cheese being as it has garganzola cheese on it too, well we for some reason got a cup of oil&vinegar with it tonight instead. The pepperoni pizza was almost flavorless, like the only thibg you could taste was the pepperoni and was rather doughy. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and you can tell they put alot of love and pride into there food from the ingredients to the way they serve it , also to note they go above and beyond for there customers from the kind gesture of giving you plates and cutlery . I asked to try there famous penne vodka sauce and I have to say it was bar none , it should be bottled and up for sale at the counter. The seating area was really cozy and the decor was so old school. I can't wait to try the rest of the huge menu , the grandma pies were out of this world , beyond fresh ingredients, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and freshly plucked basil. Delicious 😋.
