They where unable to make a Berger!!!!! My boyfriend and I want to pick up dinner for the family. Two kids meals, three cheeseburger meals and a salad for a total of $43.00. After over 30 minutes of waiting and one burger being made three times incorrectly. The manager made the burger for the fourth time wrong. I told her I wanted my money back. She said everything was now complete and we should leave. I told her I did not want the food and would like my money back. She then returned $41.00 of my money and stated we needed to leave or she would call the police. I told her I would wait for them. She did call the police and I waited. I agree I got a bit load after waiting more then 45 minutes for fast food only to be treated as if it was our fault that they don't know how to make a burger. Beside the GM who has been working with the company as long as it has been open and is a good guy, the asst manager lady with the glasses and dark hair who was working on Friday Dec 27 2024 at 140 pm. has consistently been rude and unapologetic about mistakes they make(which is consistent under her leadership). Wrong toppings, missing toppings and missing condiments. The only breath of fresh air is the young man who has short brown beard and is always friendly and helpful and works the front counter. He should be managing the place as he has a pleasant demeanor and good customer service skills. Promote that boy. This Wendy's get the food cooked right but the one main complaint is that 9/10 times I go I ask to not put curtain toppings on my sandwiches and low and behold when I get home there they are. If you stop here you will get your food but if you ask to change something in the order the odds say you will be disappointed. They usually are very nice too. I've only had one person on the drive through speak in an aggravated tone. My last visit just the samething. I ask for a Jr Bacon and it was missing bacon and had onions. I know it's not a big deal but because it happens SO OFTEN it's now pathetic. It's blatant ignorance and for the pay rate employees make it shouldn't be that way.
