I would have to say that about a month ago this place was crawling with zombies(Addicts & homeless), they would sit in the lobby and nod out all day, go in the bathroom and leave blood in there. The homeless would stand outside and loiter asking everyone that came in for $. The employees wouldn't do anything about it; but hey I wouldn't either because you never know what state of mind anybody is in. Now on to the food, there would be many times I would go in around lunch time and I would order my usual a #2 Quarter Pounder. A few bites in and I would see that my meat Patty is still RAW!!! Well I couldn't ever take them back because I'd already be at home and I would have to walk. So one night a girlfriend of mine and her husband went to grab something quick to eat. Well it happened again, but it didn't only happen to my burger it happened to my girlfriends as well. (Remember the first one was during the day and this time is at night). So now that I have the chance I went and reported this to the employee that rang us up. This little girl had the worst attitude and eye rolling I have ever seen in the customer service field. She refused to give a refund for the our food. So I asked to speak to the manager. That was a mission it's self. Nobody wanted to say where the manager was, people were ignoring me. That's where I had to put a little sterner tone about wanting the manager. Finally a older lady that looked like a normal employee came up and we told her what had happened, she gladly gave us the refund, the other employee that had the attitude still didn't want to do it, hut did. So I went the next day and talked to the day shift manager that I talk to all the time. Read moreI travel and order take-out very often at different McDonald's on the go. I have adopted this McDonald's as great quick junction between my bus stop and traveling home. This place is hit or miss. Some days it is well and some days it can be abysmally disorganized and busy. Bear in the mind too the location is in a more decadent place of Pomona, which doesn't bother me much but an advisory to those interested. I had one bad experience on 2024/09/19 Thursday where I placed a mobile order at 5:16pm for 1 McChicken with extra condiments and had to wait about thirty minutes (5:46pm) before communicating my nondelivery of my simple order. There is not publicly visible placard of the franchise owner's contact information. The receipt possesses a phone number to the McDonald's Complaint line. I have not received a correspondence returned since my relayed complaint. I'm not a California business owner, but if this is simply due the recent 2024 state legislature's actions of increasing minimum wage and any possible subsequent layoffs, I understand. There's a few good workers in there who I won't discredit, and I can't discredit anyone working there, but it seemed on that one day there was an apparent disorder of orders being placed, because one woman in drive-thru who failed to pay her order when she received her food and had to wait a needlessly prolonged period just to pay for the food at the counter. Additionally, there was one delivery courier who had to also communicate his order to a representative after waiting a needlessly prolonged period. It wasn't a good day. My observation at first began at asking if people's mobile orders were not going through in case the network/server was malfunctioning, but I see my mobile order code on the display monitor. Read moreYes, kind of a lame reason, paid for a large smoothie and probably they did not press the right button and got the smoothie contents for a medium size, what bugs me is that they would not correct the error and explain to you that the machine did that, turn around and leave you there without any concern. They could just had refill to the top, they could just have thought this is not correct prior to giving it to me. No brains at all. So a bad rating in service. 02/21/2025 same issue today, i ordered an ice cream in a cup, i got the cup semi-full and i said why does it look half empty, supervisor comes right away and he tells me that is the way the machine dispenses. So i said so how many grams? Because if the machine has a measure then how many grams are there? he didn’t know. Obviously and visually something is wrong and they say is the machine. I mean can they not tell then that the machine is not working properly? And yes, in another occasion while going drive through a homeless person got his pants down and started to poop.
