This Starbucks location is an absolute joke! I would give them zero stars if it was possible. Everytime I come here, especially during morning shifts my drinks are made wrong. Yesterday was no exception. I ordered a venti iced SOY salted caramel white mocha, oh surprise! It was made with whole milk.
The new girl working mornings can't EVER get a drink correct. Oh you wanted two venti iced soy chais with caramel drizzled along the inside of the cup? Let me dump half of the caramel container into the cup. Also she missed the key words "TWO" & "both" when I got to the window she rang me up for five something. Caramel was also on the outside of the cup? SLOPPY much! Those two drinks were inedible. If any employee disagrees remake it & try to drink it yourself. I didn't ask for two upside down caramel macchiatos.
Another offense includes two venti soy salted caramel white mocha frappes. One was supposed to be creme [no coffee] & one with. Surprise! Both had no coffee.
Asked if I wanted whip, didn't come with whip! A venti iced soy salted caramel white mocha without the caramel salted whip topping is a venti iced soy white mocha.
Have also ordered soy iced zebras that have been made with whole milk.
This location thinks that because the order is correct on the screen & label that customers that come to Starbucks everyday won't know? It's evident in color & taste & I'm sick & tired of wasting my money Rio Rancho Starbucks. I will no longer waste my time endlessly waiting in your drive through. If I'm paying $6-$20 dollars on drinks & paninis in one trip GET IT RIGHT. I used to go out of my way to come here not anymore. I was boycotting this location since the last 5 mishaps & I gave them another chance yesterday - MY MISTAKE. Never again. I'm breaking up with you & your measly free drink you offered me when I called yesterday? Is nothing - I wouldn't even care if you comped me for the last seven. I will be taking my business to the Temple location, the Mission location & if I'm in serious need of a drive through I will be going out of my...
Read moreYesterday (4/18/24) I went through the drive thru for the buy one get one free coupon! By the time I got to the window to pay it was around 5:50pm. Mind you I get the same exact coffee every single day and most days I get it twice a day. I usually go to the Starbucks on rancho valley drive where the cashiers actually know what they are doing. Before prices went up my drink cost $4.95, now they are $5.45. occasionally cashiers will accidentally charge me for oatmilk but once I tell them i don’t usually pay for oatmilk they fix the problem. Except for this cashier didn’t. She didn’t take into account what I was saying, even after telling her Starbucks charges for oatmilk in LATTES not ICED COFFEE. She stuck to the price of $6.15 for my coffee even though I told her it’s usually $5.45. Instead of her asking someone who actually knows what they are doing she wouldn’t budge. So I ended up paying $6.15 when I really should’ve just drove off since the coffee tasted terrible anyways. I now know the problem is that this location practically doesn’t have a manager right now. Either way I’ve worked customer service for a long time and I have never seen a cashier act so “right” when she clearly wasn’t. Her name started with a D, I didn’t even see her full name tag. But she either needs to be retrained and have an attitude check or taken off the register. I called corporate and they gave me my money back but the point is she’s probably out here overcharging everyone. Needless to say I definitely won’t be back to...
Read moreOrdered my drink ahead with the app. Had to drive out here because my usual Starbucks turned off the option to order ahead for that day. I walked in was greeted politely by the barista. Picked up my drink and walked out of the store back to my car. When I arrived at my car I noticed there was whipped cream on my drink regardless of the fact that the label on the side of the cup said no whip. I am lactose intolerant so wasn't too happy but was too tired to go back inside and have the drink remade. So I scraped off as much of the whipped cream as I could into a nearby trash can and prayed to the soy gods. I hope that the barista next time reads the label for the order before putting it on the cup. Starbucks is great. This particular experience was a two out of ten would...
