Tasty Buffet & Grill — Restaurant in Pomona

Well, my family and I went to go to the “grand opening” of Tasty Buffet. We were ready to enjoy the food and the atmosphere together with my pastor and his wife. We entered the buffet paid and got to our table, sat down for a moment. We went out and got our food and came back to sit down to eat. Our daughter hasn’t been feeling weak, so she wasn’t going to eat there. But, when my wife returned she got a shrimp from my wife’s plate. Before she could finish chewing it, one of the ladies (manager) came quickly and yelled across the table that my wife had to pay for a plate for my daughter. ( she could have just walked to the other side of long 8 person table to say something discreetly to her, but she yelled.) Needless to say that drew attention from the tables around us to my wife. I saw that she was feeling embarrassed and super mad at the same time. She told the lady she would go and pay for her. So, I got up before she did and paid for my daughter to eat. My wife went back to the buffet and got my daughter some soup, due to her not feeling well. As my daughter was eating the soup, the same lady came back to the table with a receipt!!! She decided to take it upon HERSELF and charge our card again!!! My wife showed her the receipt from when I paid… she hurried up and left the table!! We will NEVER come back and support this business again. I hope and pray that NO ONE ELSE has to experience this again. Customer service needs to be...

Whats going on here. Everyone (the staff) had a Bluetooth hanging out their ear & was talking to someone. Very UN-attentive servers. When I was checking out the guy at the register, while he was doing my transaction, kept talking....I thought he was talking to me. I'm saying what...what...what are you asking me....finally he looks at me and starts laughing and pointing to his Bluetooth and saying oh not you...AWKWARD!!! Food was just okay, nothing really good but nothing bad either. A lot of almost empty trays and really not much selection. It was kind of dark in the food area. The lights where not on in the grill & sushi area....IDK, that was just kind of weird cause there were people working in those areas. we were really excited to go because of the posted pictures. It was our first trip and I think our last. Two stars cause the place was very clean. Too bad cause it's fairly close to home. Not so "Grand" of an...

Feast your eyes and try not to "pig-out." You'll be challenged! Everything's so well prepared. And tasty! Large crowds keep it fresh... especially Sushi! All you can eat? Best buy on good Sushi I've found anywhere! Cheery host and hostess keep it lively and friendly. Plenty of families come here weekly. All-you-can-eat-feast lures them. So much to choose from, everyone's happy. Lot's of sea-food...huge crab legs...several choices of fish...osters and clams...(raw) and prepared in different styles. Chicken...pork...beef...and vege dishes. Steak...grilled to order, as you watch. Huge place. Huge selection. You feel full and satisfied when you leave. You sure do get your money's worth. Save some room...(just a little)...for a scoop of sensational ice cream...made-to-order next door. Then...fast for a week. On my top 10 all-you-can-eat...
