Odd, submitted a review a long while ago, but doesn't seem to exist anymore. Overall not as good as a typical Sonic. I actually don't come here much anymore. Recently service has improved a bit, but I have only been getting drinks, so no idea if food quality has improved. Here is what happened on my last visit. 1 drink, 1 shake. 4 cars ahead of me. By the time I pull up my drink is ready, but not the shake. I wait about 5 minutes for my shake. There was lots of staff working. While I am waiting person working window starts walking to vehicles behind me to get them their order. Meanwhile I see 2 women making shakes, 2 mediums, but there is a large sitting on the counter next to them. After they finish the 2 mediums (adding strawberries to 1 medium, they add strawberries to the large). They walk the large over to the counter, leave it there, take out window worker is putting stuff together and taking it out to cars behind me. I figure maybe the large shake is for someone else. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake, so no idea what the issue is, but I guess they just take longer. Guy finally comes back to the window. Starts putting drinks together (already have my drink, must be for vehicles behind me), finally after having drinks ready for next vehicle, opens window and hands me my shake, took all of 4 seconds. The shake that was sitting there for nearly 2 minutes at this point. (With the foam cups, stays cold, no issue there). I get that everyone has a dedicated role, but the shake women couldn't help the window person out, and the window person didn't realize that if they would only give me my shake I would be gone and they wouldn't have to go outside to give people their food? I was okay with getting drinks, cause kinda hard to mess that up, but obviously this location can't even handle this well. I've gotten bad food and terrible service (guy walked out of building with my tray, went to his car at the rear of the lot in the dark, then 2 minutes later comes to my vehicle with my food, which was parked 2 spaces away from the door they use to take out food... When he walked up, and I asked him what he was doing back there, he said he was looking for my vehicle. I told him I wasn't taking the order and left. Best part, he didn't care at all. That's when I stopped getting food here.) So, I do not recommend this location. Suggest you go to the one in Duarte, Fullerton, Anaheim, or Ontario. And just cause I am curious, like this review if you've gotten bad food or service here too. Oh, location is easy enough to get to, lots of stalls. But, location is super sketchy, area behind and around this sonic is a field with construction debris and random trash. Lots of homeless hang out in this area, so be aware of your surroundings.
Thank you Sonic for the info to give feedback directly, but I only use that stuff for good feedback, not trying to get anyone fired/coached. It is on your supervisory staff to see the problems...

Drive up order starting with I would like the 1/2 Price small sonic blast ect. Total $5.06 . Off the call box she went. We'll he finally pick up my blast as inhave been sitting looking at it sit on the counter for some minutes at this point.. he comes out stated it's 5.06 I qsk what happen to the 1/2 off he looks puzzled I show him my text and he still doesn't appear to know what is going on. He tell me oh maybe this was for earlier today. I'm told and showed him the whole text he read it (I thought and would just adjust it accordingly.) We'll I show him the date of availability. Jan 5. We'll no he has no client good inside to speak to a manager her told me. And returned with oh you have to go thur the app.. I again show him the text that clearly states DRIVE IN OR app will automatically ect. We'll after a few times of me showing and saying to him the Or ..it states Or. Or .. he said I had to go thru "Drive Thur" I said I drove in here. He said "this is a stall not drive thru! You have to go thur the drive thru, I said "you're telling me I have to get in line in order to get this offer?".. he said "yes" I said "this makes no since, this is drive in" He made a comment about this is why he doesn't like ?????.. after a few ummm and looking at the receipt like it held the answers that he couldn't decipher he said "do you want it or not?" I Replied "Are you going to give it to me for the $2.50? He Replied No. I said we'll than No I don't want it! Read morePulled into Sonic after a long drive from AZ with 2 hungry kids (went with my best friend who is from CA). I saw that the app had 1/2 off cheeseburgers, so I downloaded and ordered. Went to pay, it was declined. Tried again, declined. Tried a few more times and still declined. It didn’t make sense because I know there’s enough in my account, but figured it might be my bank declining because I’m not from CA. We tried my friend’s card, declined. We pressed the button and asked if they would honor the 1/2 off cheeseburgers, since THEIR app was glitching, and was told “no. The app has nothing to do with us, we have no control over it.” Then why have an app, then? The guy at the drive thru hung up on us. Checked my account and my friend’s and we had several charges go through and yet, no food or receipt. We pressed the button again and asked what to do about the charges and asked for a manager. We still wanted to order food but we had some questions about what to do and didn’t understand why we’d been hung up on. The guy hung up AGAIN. We pressed the button again, clearly upset this time. I now have hundreds of dollars on hold in my account, no food, starving children and a worker who can’t be bothered to help. He sent out a really snotty woman who parroted that the app has nothing to do with them (pretty sure she wasn’t a manager). Absolutely ridiculous. Offered nothing for all the trouble and at that point didn’t allow us to order food. Contacted customer support and I better not get charged for food I didn’t get. No accountability and clearly don’t care...
