It’s been very very busy day for me. I decided to go to one of my favorite places Pollo Loco. I placed my order and placed an order of churros. I then drove up to the window to pick up my order. I Started to drive away when I realized that my churros were not in the bag. I drove around and came back to the pick up window and told a young girl at the window that my churros were not in the bag. She said Yes, they’re are, I gave them to you. She said I remember putting them in the bag. I told her that they were not in the bag and that I would not waste my time to come and try to get a freebie.. I showed her my receipt and she continued to say that she was sure she had given me the churros. I got upset because she insisted that I got the churros and again I told her that I was not trying to get a freebie, that I had enough money to buy everything that was on the menu if I wanted to. I also told her that my time was a lot more valuable rather than to argue with her about getting the order of churros. She said she was going to go ask in the back and eventually she came back and gave me the churros. I told her that I was going to call corporate. I know that they’re privately owned So I thought I call the manager. I called the manager but felt that it didn’t matter to her. When I finally got home I realized my salad was missing as well I called again and talked to one of the employees and he profusely apologized and said that if I ever went back that he would make sure nothing like that would happen again. After all said and done I ended up minus a salad and a box of soggy nachos that I ended up throwing away. Bad customer service and to basically be called a liar...
Read moreI normally have a very good experience at this location, however on my recent visit today in the evening we decided to go through the drive through since we had perishable items in the trunk from grocery shopping. So the female employee that was working the drive through at 7:55pm was taking our order, she would cut us off while we were speaking and then continue correct my husband but in a rude way, and she kept saying “ok anything else” I found her to be very rude, like she was annoyed we were not done ordering. We are a family of 3 with one on the way, and even though it’s chicken we each like different things. She was being very rude and you can hear it in her voice, I called the number listed and whoever answered the phone was hesitant to give me her name and then said her name is Kimberly, I doubt that was her name since he had to think about it but whatever. Due to this “Kimberly” I will not be ordering from this location anymore. I literally watched them refuse to serve a young African American woman and refuse to allow her to use the restroom today around 11 am, she was so furious she literally went And peed on the ground near their back door right under the camera, the employees were so busy talking about her in the store they didn't even notice her pull down her pants and pee all over the floor outside by the drive through window, to allow employees to treat people like crap due to race 😡 customers or not females have different issues that require restroom visits, is a bad bad look. I won't be eating here ever again and if I were you I wouldn't give this guy who owns this place any of your money, go to Juan Pollo instead, it will be worth it.
