The food started off good until I got to the bottom of my salad and saw a large bug on my plate. I ordered the avocado toast which had a side of salad. I almost ate the big cause I thought it was one of the seeds sprinkled on it. Now, I wouldn't have minded so much if the place would have done better at making it right. I just ate a freaking bug salad and never even got a bite of my toast. I told the lady and she took the plate back which I assumed meant I was going to get a new one because I was obviously still hungry. She came back and told me she comped the meal so I sat and watched my kids eat their breakfast but never got a new plate. After my kids were done I went to ask about my meal and she said she didn't know I wanted a new one. So then I saw the receipt and all she did was refund the toast. I'm not trying to be greedy or anything but come on, I just ate a bug salad that you served me and all you do is refund me for that plate without even getting me a replacement meal. I would have at least comped 1/2 the bill if I served someone a big a** bug and then would have replaced their meal on top of that. I feel like they treated me like I was just an ungrateful customer. Now I'm still hungry...

Went there this morning and paid $7 for a medium coffee with oat milk. The lady who served me was very rude and gave me my coffee with the cup only 3/4 of the way filled. I asked her to fill it all the way and she said I’d have to pay extra since I had light ice in my drink. I asked what would I be paying extra for since I already paid for the drink? She fought me tooth and nail over it and refused to fill my coffee cup for the coffee I’d already paid for so in the end I got a refund and left. Never had this happen to me in my entire life and I get coffee every day. This company thinks they can charge you $7 for a full drink and make you pay even more to actually fill the cup of the drink you already paid for, which is insanity. To top it off, the customer service was so bad since they were willing to throw out the whole drink and lose a customer all because they didn’t want to fill the cup i’d already paid for, which shows you what they care about and it’s not customers. Held our Company Christmas party here last Friday. I was a little concerned about service and food a "coffee shop" could offer our group of 50+. I have never been more pleasantly surprised! Unbelievably good food, unbelievably great service and attention to our group, absolutely fantastic space! We had a wide range of age groups from early 20's to 80+ and everyone had nothing but positive things to say! We had a full course meal, spectacular charcuterie bar, and other hors de oeuvres, full bar, and plenty of space.

I have received more compliments on this event than any company sponsored event in the past 5 years - a true testament to the staff at WYWH. Thanks to WYWH for making this a highly successful event! We will definitely schedule more events...
