From KCMO, Based on 1 visit for breakfast.

This place is small with a big heart. They seem to have a quality standard with everything they do and it shows. The decor is limited but mainly because they have so much they do in such a small area, equipment takes up most of the place. The decor they do have is really complimentary to what they represent making you feel as if you're in a Cafe across seas.

Atmosphere: You definitely feel like you're at home here and welcomed. The area is a little cramped, but the heart put into the place definitely shows in their service and their smiles. The wines, cheeses, and meets behind the showcase as you walk in all look delicious. The smell of coffee as you walk in really brightens your morning.

Food Quality: We ordered the Corn Beef Omelette and the California Omelette. Both were a lot more than we could handle, serviced with your choice of Bagel or Toast. Tasted delicious.

Price/Value: I was absolutely stuffed as was my wife for the $9 Omelette they served. I could not finish my meal, and considering I was on vacation that is saying a lot. You get a really good amount of food here for the price. I wish we had more time to go back for lunch or dinner, but we just had ran out. Nothing seems unreasonable here, but the prices are slightly on the higher end.

Service: From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the man who was behind the counter and took our order was nice and polite and actually asked and cared about where we were from. He also wasn't to the point where he was bothering your meal. He really made both of us feel very welcome, and he gave me the impression he'll do whatever it takes to make sure you leave happy - and he did.

Conclusion: This is one of the places I'm sad I didn't get to visit more. I felt they put a lot of thought along with the effort they put into everything they do. I will definitely be back the next time I'm...

Save your time and go to Dandees. We went to Cafe Brie because it is the only place close to A1A and Atlantic that serves lattes and espresso and they had a 4.7 rating. So my friend and I decided to walk over and meet there. My friend arrived much earlier than me and as I approached the establishment, a couple was getting up from an outside table. I walked in and my friend said to grab that outside table as we were next. We were at the table when this drama queen server came out and started to reprimand us for taking someone else's table and now they left. I had no idea! I was embarrassed and shocked! I apologized profusely but he just glared, spun around and sashayed back into the cafe. Apparently this was the opening act because our server comes over and proceeds to tell us what we did wrong. What do you want us to do?!? Run halfway down the plaza and ask them to come back to their table that we so rudely stole or sit through this whole experience with Thing 1 and Thing 2 staring at us with judgemental eyes. So we left. It's...

I've been a religious customer for the last 4 years. The food is amazing. Their seasonal watermelon juice is DELICIOUS! I love this spot! With that being said, their newer employee is a wet rag to their business. Truthfully if he answers their phone I'll hang up and order elsewhere. The food is top 5 from FTL to Boca. If you enjoy high end breakfast (hq ingredients) but hate the high end dining atmosphere and want a family/comfortable experience, this is the place! Well, sort of.. Their new employee isn't personable, he seems like he'd rather be doing anything other than working there.. after having such a high bar set by the two gentlemen whom I've grown accustomed to interacting with, this younger guy isn't a good fit.. I always tip, but today i went in and he was working.. I still tipped, hoping they share tips, but this guy didn't even say thank you. I said you're welcome, have a nice day. His reply, ohh um thanks, you too.. maybe he smokes a lot of "stuff" but that shouldn't translate to a bad...

Last Monday, I was in Pompano looking for a good spot to grab breakfast. After not finding much nearby, I figured my best bet would be heading toward East Atlantic Blvd near Houston’s and a few of my favorite restaurants. That’s when I came across Café Brie, and I’m glad I did. The place was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The menu had great options, and the food photos on the wall actually looked appetizing. I ordered the Avocado Caprese Toast and the Breakfast French Crêpe, and both were absolutely delicious. The coffee was also solid. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the tap water, but that was quickly solved by ordering a bottled one instead. Normally, I don’t eat breakfast out because I’m picky when it comes to eggs and avocado. I prefer to make them at home. But Café Brie passed the test, and it’s officially earned a spot on my breakfast go-to list. Bonus: Plenty of parking and outdoor seating available. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend checking it out.

After watching a beautiful sunrise on Pompano Beach on a Wednesday morning decided to visit Café Brie for a light breakfast. It is a charming spot and the décor is tasteful. We had very prompt and friendly service that made us feel right at home. The Royal Omelet was very light and fluffy and really filling. The croissant however was not quite bakery-fresh and reminded me of the ones sold at Costco. Wholegrain fresh bread would have been my choice. The Old Fashioned Lox on a Bagel was generous, with a hearty portion of smoked salmon and tasted good . It’s a spot worth visiting when you’re in the area and in the mood for a comforting and relaxed breakfast experience. Try the mimosa too its really good!

I've only been here twice (I came back again because I was craving their turkey BLT). Everything in the cafe looks like it tastes amazing they have a pastry and Cake display as well that will definitely cover your cravings. There is also a Book Shelf with things like spices jams mixes and other seemingly higher quality cooking or premade edible products. I can't speak to their service for dine in, but on walk in takeout however; Both times that I went for lunch I didn't really feel welcome and almost a tad rushed. I believe it is a family owned place but no one really smiled in there. From those experiences I really wouldn't like to go back for a sit-down breakfast or lunch but maybe it's just me...
