It was my first Casino Nite, my Wine Dinner friend insisted...she was so right, it was a NOT TO BE MISSED EVENT.
Carrabba’s Pompano Beach truly nailed the Casino Royale Martini Night! Every course was paired flawlessly—the bacon-wrapped scallops with apple martini were a perfect start, the penne pasta with crab stuffed shrimp in a lemon butter sauce with a divine limoncello martini and the fig martini with pork medallions was next-level delicious. Dessert sealed the deal with mini cannoli and a chocolate espresso martini I’m still dreaming about.
And then the games—roulette, blackjack, even a prize auction with our winnings—turned dinner into a full-on event. The energy was high, the martinis were flowing, and the fun was non-stop. An unforgettable night you’ll only find here at Carrabba’s Pompano Beach! 🎉🍸

Each course felt thoughtfully curated, and the wine pairings elevated the experience beautifully. The Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc with the lemon balsamic scallop salad was a refreshing, lively start—crisp citrus notes playing perfectly with the delicate seafood.
The Mark West Pinot Noir came next, rounding out the grilled vegetable ravioli with just the right amount of earthiness and depth. By the time the branzino Siciliani arrived, paired with The Prisoner Red Blend, the evening had reached a whole new level—the bold, complex wine brought out the branzino’s richness in a way that was simply unforgettable.

Today is my 40th birthday 🎂 and my first time at Carrabba's Italian Grill. My husband and I came here to celebrate my birthday. Our server was Michael C. He was all around AMAZING!! Michael was extremely informative and he knew the menu so well. It was as if he owned the place. He served with such friendliness. Michael was very humble and so pleasant and instantly welcoming. We enjoyed speaking with him and how he made us feel. He served us with such luxury; we appreciate him and his service to us. He is well mannered and gives an extremely great recommendation of food choices as well as drinks. Michael was phenomenal and we just had to make sure everyone knew it. We spoke with the proprietor as well, Tim Gaydosh, because we wanted him to be informed of how wonderful Michael's seemless service to us was. From the moment we walked through the door, we were instantly greeted by a pleasant young lady (who was soft spoken and polite) who walked us over to our booth where we were seated. Michael was just wonderful from the very beginning. He stated his name so we knew who he was. He gave us a few minutes to go over the menu. When he got back with the water and bread we hadn't discussed with him what we were thinking of ordering, and he suggested exactly what my husband and I were planning on having. Just like that, the chemistry was instant and before we knew it we were being served by someone who made us feel priceless! This is how everyone deserves to be treated when you go to a restaurant. The apple vinaigrette salad with bacon-wrapped scallops set the tone perfectly, especially paired with a crisp apple martini. Then came the showstopper: penne pasta in lemon butter with crab-stuffed shrimp, elevated by a bright limoncello martini. Course three brought decadence—prosciutto-wrapped pork loin in fig and port reduction with a silky fig martini that tasted like autumn in a glass. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, the finale: mini cannoli with a chocolate espresso martini—sweet, rich, and unforgettable.
