The Tree House Indoor Playground & Cafe Pompano — Local services in Pompano Beach

I visited on a weekday around noon. The location was easy to find, and upon entering, you sign a waiver. The facility was clean, spacious, and had cubbies for belongings as well as a designated stroller area. My child had a blast, and there was plenty of room for kids to play safely.

One small note: the bathroom paper towel dispensers weren’t working properly, so you had to grab and tear the roll by hand.

Unfortunately, the visit took a sour turn when our diaper bag went missing. It turned out another guest accidentally took it, but I felt the staff wasn’t fully prepared to handle the situation. At first, they questioned whether my bag was really missing. After waiting for them to check the cameras, another guest suggested they check the remaining bag for a name and match it with sign-in records. That’s when the staff was able to contact the guest who took our bag. The person returned it and the staff apologized, and the staff also comped a snack for the inconvenience for my child.

Overall, my child enjoyed the play experience, but I’d recommend the staff improve their process for handling misplaced items. A system to prevent mix up’s like numbered bag tags (like coat check) or even a a more secure cubby/locker setup where guests need to return keys or set a personal combination to unlock cubbies...

So while walking by I saw this place and I decited to take my son there and also told All his friends from school about it !!! While we got to the place I ask about the restaurant hours and they told us it’s open till 7pm so after my son long Day after school and his soccer game we went to play and have some fun and around 6:35 pm we went to have some food cuz he was very hungry after he’s long day and they said the cooks already lest and it’s already closed so I really got very disappointed and after that we went to look for other place to eat ! While they said they are open till 7pm 😞 this was very disappointing to us and very inconvenient for our family. Very disappointed 😔 about that

I wouldn't recommend this for younger kids. Looks great for older ones. I went with my 14month old and there isnt really and age separation in areas. All the kids had free roam. The area that's supposedly for younger kids, all the kids were going in and out of. The kids and parents kept leaving the gate open, I had to keep shutting it so the littlest didn't run out. He got knocked over by a bigger kid at one time, and then his hand was stepped on by a bigger kid as he was trying to get into the ball pit. So definitely not a good place for the...
