Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

After overlooking the menu, I ordered a Jet 10 which consist of pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives, sauce, and mozzarella. Waiting time was about 10-15 minutes. There are a few table seating indoors & outdoors. Employees are friendly. When I received my order, I opened the box and was satisfied with the look of the pizza. I couldn't wait to get home to actually devour it.

As soon as I got home and got myself comfortable, I picked up a slice and hungrily took a bite. This pizza was full of flavor. The sauce, cheese, and toppings complimented each other. The crust was crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. My first impression was that the prices were too high, but the quality of the pizza was worth every penny. I will definitely return to try their other specialty pizzas. I was told that Jet's Pizza is known for their Detroit-style deep dish pizza so I'm intrigued to have lunch here soon and try that one. UPDATE to Original Review: The owner called back and apologized for the experience. He worked with me to correct the situation and was very receptive to my concerns and frustrations. Their food is excellent and because the owner reached out and seemed genuinely concerned with the service we were provided, we will be giving this restaurant another chance. Original Review: Horrible Delivery Service! I ordered (4) pizza's for our office staff, after a hour I started calling for a status, lady informed me it would be within 10-15 minutes. I gave 20 minutes then called back only to find out it was delivered to the wrong building. I spend 20 more minutes going back and forth with the manager; 2 hours after my order, I was told that they would redo the pizza but it would be better if we sent someone to pick it up and they would give 20% off. They still charged me for the driver tip. After 3 hours we finally received...

Ordered two pizzas was told 30 to 35 minutes. I Arrived at the 30 minute mark and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I timed it. While standing at the counter several employees were walking back and forth from the kitchen and answering the phone. They were ignoring me and now two other customers wanting to pick up their orders. The guy directly behind me yelled out that he was a Uber delivery and needed his order now. One of the employees asked what his order was and started taking care of him. I turned and walked out. On my way home I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was told to hold please. Someone would come back on the phone every 2 minutes or so and ask me to continue to hold. I was now back home and sat in the driveway hoping the manager would speak to me. I waited a total of 8 more minutes and listened to the Jets Pizza ads. The manager never came to the phone and I hung up. They are now dead to me. This is the first bad review I have...
