Wendy's — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

It is so rare to find such polite, courteous, and energized employees as I found at this Wendy’s on a Sunday evening at 9:30 PM. Starting from the young lady who is taking the orders at the drive-through. She was so pleasant and happy to be taking the orders and, I was blown away by her enthusiasm. A young man excepted my payment with the same friendly nature and then I needed to pull to the side as they got my order ready due to them being very busy. Just a few minutes the young lady that came running out to deliver my food to me, was so happy to be , doing her job that I actually gave them a tip because of her smile and her overall customer service. It has been a long time since I have been to a Wendy’s drive-through and have been blown away by the employees customer service and details to that service. This particular Wendy’s was my very first job at 13 years old , I am now 60 years old and it is so nice to see that they are doing what we were taught those years ago which was customer satisfaction. Way to go...

The most horrible Wendy's I ever Ben to, after 43years as a pompano beach resident this was a first I've been inside this location. I'm so embarrassed to say this but stopped in to get something to bite on as I get there I realize I have to use the restroom, ran inside and first I come across the doors like I'm in jail. Second the stall for the tolit the door was barley hanging on then used the tolit and realized no tissue that's when I became discussed. Having to walk out without being able to wipe my but. Now I have to go back home change clothes shower up and get back to work. This location needs a serious upgrade . That was humiliating I'm humiliating. Someone please here my cry and put some assistance in this store it really needs attention starting from the restroom. I'm really embarrassed to share this but it's true and needs...

The ketchup is safe!!!! I requested four ketchup,s and three peppers at the drive thru. They didn’t put it in my bag. I did notice it as I was at the window. I asked the person at the window to please give me the four ketchup and the three peppers. She gave me a handful of peppers and two ketchup. I requested two more ketchups. She told me with a a straight face that she had no more ketchup. I looked at her and I said: you have no more ketchup? She said: I can only give you two ketchups. we can only give you two ketchups. I understand this may be a policy and I know Wendy’s is among the worst for their policies regarding condiments, but if I’m requesting a specific amount, I think it’s kind of silly that they have to comply with it.
