KFC — Restaurant in Ponca City

I would like to start off by saying that most of the employees looked like they would rather be sky diving without a parachute instead of being there. That's why I took one of the stars off. The other reason for removing another star was I found the inside dining area to be very dirty and poorly maintained, specially considering how little customers inside and in the drive thru. I was continuously pestered by flies. It wss extremely difficult to keep them off my food and my drink. I spent more time trying to wave the flies off my food than i spent actually eating my food, i finally gave up and packed up my food to go. Got there early evening. They were apparently busy doing multiple takeouts. Wife ordered the potpie, her favorite, I ordered the 3 piece box dinner, extra crispy. After waiting 17 minutes, I was told the extra crispy order had just dropped and would take a while longer before coming out while apologizing profusely for the delay. I asked if they had original recipe chicken, which they did, and I said I would have that. A "customer" behind me was clearly friends with one of the female employees as he was demanding certain items off of the menu. Speaking over me from behind me, she ended up handing my transaction over to a Male employee who then provided me exceptional service. He even brought the food out to me. Our kfc shut down, so this is the closest one to me (35 minutes). Never been to one with a buffet before, still ordered a famous bowl. If not for the Male employee, you...
