I have been a customer for over ten years at Smith's. I have spent over 10 grand in the last two years at Smith's. Yesterday I had the worst experience . I bought two bed room set for my two boys when time to deliver only half my furniture was on the truck when going up to the store to ask why my Chester drawers weren't on the invoice because I had seen them on the invoice when the salesman gives you the pre-estimate of your furniture total so somewhere between the cashier and check out my Chester drawers were no longer on my invoice when trying to question the salesman which was very nice and the cashier Brook when asking them what they plan on doing I'm fixing my order the cashier Brooke said very rudely well we can't just give it to you I looked at her very offended and said I never asked you to give it to me told her all I wanted was it to be put on 6 years no interest just like it should have been when I left the store that day her next sarcastic comment was do you even have enough money on your card and I replied with yes I don't feel that when a company screws up on a person's order that they should be able to be rude to the customer and the cashier Brooke was very rude to me however the salesman was very nice and he is the only reason I went ahead and finish the order I can honestly say though after being treated like this by your cashier I will no longer be a customer Smith home furnishing if I have to I will order from Ashley Direct and have it delivered and most times it's free shipping I'm sorry Smith Home Furnishing but you have lost a loyal customer for...

Not only did we hit the jack pot in these areas, but we also had the most wonderful salseman helping us out. Scott, you were such a huge help! We have been to 3 other furniture stores and walked away from all of them because they just didn't fit the bill. Scott heard us out in what our journey had been like so far, listened to our needs/wants and helped guide us toward a decision! He was not pushy, he was not pitching for a sale, nor was he hovering over my husband and I. He genuinely cared and wanted to help. He would answer our questions, then show us some ideas, then give us time to think and talk before coming back over to see how he could help further. We visited with our two young children of 2 and 7 years old she made sure to involve them in not only the shopping experience but also went above and beyond to ensure that they had a wonderful experience as well, providing them with cookies and water.
