I would have ranked this higher if: the service and food quality was consistent and if it stayed consistent. They've often got my order incorrect and did nothing to correct the mistake when I brought it to their attention.
I have even showed up when I had scheduled my pickup/carry-out order to be picked up at 7:45 pm even though I placed the order at 5 pm and it wasn't ready nor had it been started, the reason I was given was because they were out of shredded cheese. They could have called, texted, or emailed me, but instead they opted to do absolutely nothing. After being on the road for close to 36 hours my son and I were exhausted , I told them to just forget about it because they had told me it was going to be about an hour. I was dozing off while I was driving and new I needed to go to bed very soon. My son and I both went to bed without eating, so please use caution when ordering and be aware that the staff at Marcos is definitely human and make mistakes like the rest of us but ob the other hand, they won't do ANYTHING to correct those mistakes like other food service establishments would, examples: remake the order correctly to the way the customer ordered it, (I would have still been happy to pay full price in this case), offer a discount on the next order, slash the price in half for the accepting the order that wasn't correctly made or a multitude of other options beware...

Read moreI love Marcos Pizza everywhere but in Ponca City. Typically the pizza is awesome and the service is friendly. In Ponca City, that’s not the case. For whatever reason the pizza is “Ok” meaning, it’s edible, but it’s not as amazing as other city’s Marcos. The thing that really separates the Ponca City location is the absolute garbage customer service. It’s the strangest thing I have ever experienced. The people that serve you at the counter do not have souls, they act like you have ruined their days when you enter the premises and make you feel as if you don’t deserve any effort in human decency. Due to this, tonight will be the last time that that I pay to be treated like a subhuman at this place. In one year I will try it again and see if the demons have been exercised from this...
