While I have heard that this ice cream was good, the service was horrendous when I visited from Florida. I entered this past Sunday (7/17/2022) afternoon with my family to have have a young girl and guy working there; they were too busy talking about something that had happened. My family and I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for more than 2 minutes while they continued to talk to each other as if no one was there. I finally said "hello," and the girl gave us a mean look. One of my family member asked her a question, and she responded rudely and with an attitude. King’s Cream is an ice cream shop with a good variety of flavors, although the place itself is quite small and can feel cramped when it gets busy. However, their Passion Fruit flavor is an absolute gem, striking the perfect balance between sweet and tangy—definitely a must-try.

What really takes away from the experience is the customer service. It’s not the best, as you often have to wait for the employees to finish their conversations before they acknowledge you, and when they do, their attitude isn’t always the friendliest.
