The best real yes REAL pizzeria in the parish ! I chose this pizzeria to take my two grandchildren out for a REAL pizza and soon found out I hit the GOLDEN or 15 star rating Pizzeria. Popa mike is now the best pawpaw for Pizza . These guys got it all from a wood burning oven to classic DESSERT pizza!!! I have driven by it several times and notice it was always full even at lunch and decided to take my two grandkids it was the best outing for me and my grandkids . I have so much more to say about my experience at this pizzeria, but we cut it short and say this…. If you want to show your kids or grandkids how real pizza is made this is the place,, These people are so good at their pizza and salad. When I tried the @nola_mia_pizzeria food truck years ago, it was legitimately the perfect pizza! It had the perfect crust, flavor, and balance! When I heard there was a brick-and-mortar location in Ponchatoula, I had to go try it out. Overall, everything was just WOW! I will come back here soon!

From the oven, which feels like the beating heart of the restaurant, to the use of the highest-quality ingredients, everything was simply exceptional.
The crust transported me back to the pizza I had in Palo Alto in 2009--it's airy, perfectly elastic, and bursting with flavor.
And then there's the Nutella s'mores pizza. This isn't just some gimmicky dessert thrown on the menu--it's a masterpiece! With that crust and that oven, they could put almost anything on a pizza, and it would be amazing.
You can feel the love and thought poured into every detail of the space. The attention to craftsmanship is top-notch, and I feel incredibly lucky to have a place like this within five miles of home.
