McDonald's — Restaurant in Pontiac

(I rarely go to fast food places) yesterday 9-15-18 at around 11:30 pm I me and my parents decided to go to this McDonald’s because they didn’t make anything to eat and it’s been a year or 2 the last time I went.we went there the drive thru was short but took a ridiculous amount of time for. We got our meals but right when we were about to leave we realized they forgot to give us a drink of lemonade and a coke. We came back and parked. My parents told me to go back there and tell them to give us our missing beverages. I went in the restaurant(I didn’t know I wasn’t aloud in). I was watching to see anyone and saw a short old lady and was going to ask if they could give me a lemonade and a coke that they forgot to give us and was going to show her the receipt. She stopped me and yelled at me telling me to get out I’m not supposed to be here and if I have to say something go walk to the drive thru window. I was mistaken so I told my parents so my dad came to the drive thru window. My dad was trying to explain what happened and told him that wasn’t true that they gave us everything. We were both confused. I was honestly disgusted on how they tried to manage the situation. Sadly failing. This place always messes orders up, even when you go in store to verbally tell them ,and still get it wrong. Same today! Get home wrong,call have Togo back! Rude manager, wouldn't give her name ,asked for general management phone number and name ,she said not allowed to give that information,and so never held accountable for the their actions and poor customers service. I feel I need to add another part of this review. Went there today 6/16/25 . Ordered breakfast at 10:15 in the morning was at the restaurant I think by 1027 a.m. someone came to the speaker about 10:30 I looked at my phone it was 10:30. They told me I had to be there at 10:29 to get my order I would be reimbursed. What a shame to waste customers time and take advantage of them like this. Are you going to reimburse me for my time and trouble I don't think so cuz you don't care. I will never go to this restaurant again on Walton boulevard I have had ongoing issues here for a long time orders wrong,can't take care of their customers and have no appreciation for customer service. I went there today on September 25, 2020 when the lobby was closed due to covid-19. I waited in line a long time to get my diet coke which is all I wanted. When I got it I'd started drinking it before I left the parking lot and noticed it was regular Coke. I parked my car and stepped outside and saw a McDonald's girl coming out to bring food to a customer who is also parked. She told me that I couldn't get another coke through her and that I had to go back and wait in line all over again. I said she was standing right there and couldn't she just run in and grab me a Diet Coke real quick and bring it out like she was bringing food out for that current customer? She said no because she was too busy. I understand busyness but to make me wait in line for another 20 minutes just to get the correct drink which they screwed up is pretty obnoxious and I think the spite how busy they were she could have spent the 45 seconds running in to grab me another drink and running out to give it to me again.
