Absolute horrible customer service. Got there with a few friends and paid for our tickets in the closed off lobby ($15 for guys $10 for girls) so of course you couldnt even see what the inside of club looked like or how many people were inside before paying. After we paid, we went through the curtain and there was absolutely NO one there. Politely asked the manager for a refund and all he said he could do was give us free passes for next time. I went here about 2 weeks ago since I'm under 21 they took my Id when I came in. I left later on forgetting I left my Id there. Came back a week later to get it and the owner who looks no older than 12 tells me he doesn't know where they lady I gave it to put my Id which is stupid because they should have a specific place to put people's ids. He continues to tell me that the lady is out of town and he can't get into contact with her. He told me that she would be back there the following week.
