It's kind of a toss up between 3 stars and 4. Even tho the food was good as was the service as far as the drive thru goes. But the issue there was availability . And I am only thinking of the last 2 times i was there. I always have to have the family meal. So first I had to get half original and half krispy and still had to pull forward and wait. And this time I had to pull forward and wait for fries. And they only have 4 sides to choose from .
Update: The food here has always been good to myself and my family. We always get a bucket of Original chicken, it comes with biscuits and 2 sides. Our favorite side are potatoes with gravy and Cole Slaw. I think that them having u to pull up and them bringing your food out to you is a routine thing for them. Because they only have one window to pay and get your food. This way they can start helping the next customer in line. I did have to pull forward, but my food was brought out to me in o only about 5 mins , I don't consider that to be very long. I understand the labor shortage but if they’re this short in labor, they don’t need to be open. I ordered on the app at 4:57PM. Arrived in the drive thru at 5:23 and was asked to pull to the front of the store and they would bring it out. It was a large order (two 8pc dinners) so I waited about 30 minutes before I got frustrated. I then tried to call the store to cancel my order and get a refund. I attempted to call 4 times without an answer. I then drove back around to the drive thru. All I got was “hold on” so I did. For 10 minutes. Never got anyone back on. Mind you this is $50 that I’m trying to get back. Not just a $5 meal. Finally got corporate customer service on the phone after calling twice and listening to elevator music for 10 minutes. Finally spoke to someone at 6:30PM. Only to be told it would be 72hrs for my money to go back on my card. Not even an apology. Save yourself the headache and having to run home and make dinner...
Read moreWhere do I start? This was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY fast food restaurant in my life! I honestly have no clue why this place is still in business. We waited 45 minutes for our food that was wrong (figured if we returned it we would have to wait another 45 so just ate it)! Got a large drink and they had no lids so I couldn't take it with me, husband got honey bbq tinders and one was on my plate without out any bbq on it, condiments..what was left was on a tray and we had to pick through what little was there. I over heard them say they were out of everything sounds like someone didn't do their job in ordering the appropriate inventory for the up coming holiday. The place was dirty and filled with smoke.
