Bought a sofa set that required for legs to be screwed in. Was unable to screw them, they were covered in the extra unnecessary fabric over the hole that the screw needed to go in. Had to butchered my brand new sofas to be able to cut the extra fabric. Completely frustrating took over two hours to “screw the 8 legs to the couch and love seat”. We like to patronize American made but y’all sure made it difficult for us to assemble with things that logically are supposed to be done right the first time by whom ever build it. Bought a new couch with the tag STILL on it from a secondhand store and boy let me tell you... the inside frame of this couch is complete shit. How this couch ever made it out of the factory floor is a mystery. There is staples sticking out that you can feel from sitting on the couch. Its not only poorly put together but it's downright dangerous if you're not careful. Especially if you have kids that aren't aware and end up sticking there hands or feet through the back of the couch where the seat is and slit themselves open on the staples....
