Wendy's — Restaurant in Pontotoc

George needs a raise! Late night after a long day and wanted some quick food. Was hesitant about going to this Wendy's because they messed up my order the last time, but I went anyways. I placed my order and it was read back quickly and correctly. When I got to the window to pay, the same employee (George) double checked that it was the right order. He then promptly took my card and handed it back with the receipt. As I drove to the next window he met me and explained that he was taking orders, taking payments, doing prep, and giving the food to the customers. Awesome job George!! That is an A1 employee and deserves high praise and recognition from management.... a raise and a promotion couldn't...

When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker I was greeted with a "how are you today" this made me feel very happy. It feel very personal and made me feel welcome. She asked me if I wanted to upgrade everything it was wonderful. When I got to the payment window She was smiling. we laughed together. We joked together. When I got up to the front window to pick up my food she asked if I needed jelly she was laughing smiling it was wonderful.from pull in to pull out was maybe 2 minutes at the absolute most!! Before this experience I had had a very bad morning and decided to treat myself and I'm so glad I did! This turned my day around. You have wonderful staff everyone's doing an amazing job thank...

Totally disappointed of the food I was excited to order for a family of 5 the Krabby patty meal We got totally just a plain burger with sauce we was told we couldn’t get our drinks that came with the meal because their machine was down manager and other employees where really nice but I feel that it was a totally disappointment because Wendy’s was promoting something a whole lot of different than what we got for that price I could have just ordered a regular menu item and it would have been a whole lot cheaper it wasn’t even worth it to take a picture of it it was just unnecessary to do so it was a total...
