Five Guys — Restaurant in Pooler

I understand this location is new, so it is unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review being a patron of Five Guys for several years. On 9/14/23 I purchased two bacon cheeseburgers with a regular fry. The 30-minute wait wasn't a big deal until I finally arrived home and realized the burgers didn't have any cheese, the buns weren't toasted, and the fries were Lukewarm and had no salt on them. Because of how much time it would have taken to drive back to the location and wait another 30 minutes I decided to just eat the food and hope things change in the future. I've never.. ever experienced such bad food from a Five-Guys. The burger without cheese was awful and the fries being lukewarm and unsalted was torture. I understand the team is new but please retrain...

Five Guys is a great restaurant that never disappoints. The restaurant is very clean, which adds to the overall positive dining experience. Their burgers are consistently good—juicy, flavorful, and made to order with a variety of toppings to choose from. The fries, while tasty, were a little salty for my liking, but they still offer that classic, hearty Five Guys flavor. Had a wonderful day at five guys!!!! So good i had to write a review! I never write reviews! The server Salene was very sweet and kind! Such pretty brownskin and brown eyes, she walked me through and helped me figure out what i wanted to eat perfectly! I wish i could’ve gave her more of a tip but the food is priceyyy lol.
